Thanks for your opinion. What octane fuel can you get over there? We have 95, 97, 98 From Shell Optimax and some very rare places have 99 at a supermarket which has just been released.

I'm also from the UK and have been debating this device. Surely if all you want to do is have 10 psi / 0.68 Bar at the lower rev range then just cut the wire advised here http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=42895 12 psi = 0.82 bar and I am told this is unsafe for the turbo and will drasticaly reduce it's life and put strain on the engine and most definantly cause det, due to the reasons posted by my UK friend above. If all this is true then surely this device is dangerous and a bit of a gamble. If any can explain why it is ok then please tell me, I am only going on what I'm being told from the UK, pesonally I'd love to use the device but don't want to do so unless I'm confident the turo wont give way and I wont get det.

Do customs over there always take so long releasing cars? I ordered a R33 GTST on 10/03/05 and it has arrived 2 days ago and will be ready to pick up on Monday

That sounds even more backwards than the test we have for cars 10 years or newer called the ESVA, right fools down at the testing stations, you know the type, got bullied at school so takes it out on every one else now... Very annoying people!

Are you bringing your nice R31 or just coming for a holiday? I can safely say I have never seen an R31 over here let alone a nice modded one...

They are in pretty much the same state as when they were imported, I imported mine my self after my friend bought his purple phase 2. The only thing I have done is add a HKS SSQV, D-Cat and sprayed the SKYLINE letters red, debadged it and added some ICE. My friend had added D-Cat, tein springs,ICE and some silver dials. We don't belong to club but quite often go out on a Saturday or Sunday for a burn which normally turns a few heads LOL. I normally post on skylineowners in the UK and sometimes meet them at Santa Pod or other various meets around the area. Exactly what the title suggests, ripped it off a D1 drift DVD I brought back from Tokyo, very short but just keep rewinding the correct part, I MUST HAVE ONE OF THESE RC CARS! I'm like a little kid at christmas, can't wait I am going to the following places: Top Secret Nismo Crystal UP Garage - Might they have R34 GTR Wheels? Superautobachs What else is around the Tokyo area that I should be visiting? Also is there any way of finding some kind of drifting event or cruise or meeting on during next week some where around the Tokyo or the surrounding areas? I've heard of Daikoku, whats the nearest underground station, taxi from there I guess, will it be on Friday 18th, if not is there anything else on? I wonder how long it will be till we get our hands on a full manual? Can any one give me some pointers with my error 14 speed senosr problem, I was going to cut the speed sensor wire but that could be bad for the TCS and other things. It happened after installing a speed convertor, which I have done loads of times on these cars with no problems, I have taken the convertor off and reset the ECU but with no luck?

Any one know of the best/busy Jap Skyline forums?
