Hi Guys,
After some infomation on these turbos for a 32 GTR. Which will make more power? Which is the better unit etc etc ?
Are they both rated at 320 hp ?
Any info will be a great help

Aparantly the Nismo Gmax doesnt rattle ? As above from R32-GTS. Id much prefur something that doesnt rattle ..

Really is it that bad. Stuff the ORC then .. I dont like rattles at all ..

My bad, i see you also have a GTR. Possible Oil pump issue or fauly sender unit ..

Mine does this also, I have a GTR tho.. Get it checked out asap. Could be just the gauge or something more serious.

just remember that you will need to change your sleeve bearing and carrier if you are going twin..
Are these Nissan parts or do they come with the clutch kit? Part Numbers ?

Looks like ORC to me.. Anymore opinions ? What about the noise levels, ive read that the ORC's make some wierd rattles when disengauged ???

Got a hard choice i have to make soon, anyone know anything about these 2 clutches. What would be the best choice for a street car with some trackwork? Which is easiest to drive? Stronger?

Just on this, my oil press is playing funny games, like it goes down to 0 and wierd things of that nature. Could my engine be on its way out as well? I dont like the sound of all these people having wierd oil press gauges and 2 weeks later their engine blows ..

I dont think that motul 4100 is super good, its not even fully sythetic. Im using Repsol oil atm feels really good ..
Car rev's cleaner and much more aggressively IMO

Ive seen it as low as 0 (no red light) sometimes 1 usually around 1.5-2. Its pritty strange ..

Hi all,
Just wondering if you get the sensors with the Defi gauges, or control box? My Oil press sender might be crook (either that or my engine is on its last legs) and i was wondering if you get anyother one when you buy a defi gauge..

I have this exact same problem. Mines more of a grinding noise, when you put your foot on the clutch is makes a pshhhh type of noise and the grinding goes away.
The clutch feels really weak and spongy when taking off .. Its a Twin plate as well ?? Maybe its on its last legs ?

I too would like to see the mod list.. How much difference in response and max power compared to 34N1's would also be another interesting comparison.

Are any of you guys running these turbos on standard internals? Do you belive that 34 N1's @ 1.2 Bar is going to be reliable for sometime? Im looking at this route but dont really want to open the engine unless its 100% nessessary.

I Just got my Power FC and Nismo Oil Cap
Highly Recommended.

If your really worried drop the oil look for any little nastys and maybe even send a sample off to be analysed.
This will tell you if you have any bearing/ring/piston wear that is more than the norm.
Its probably just a dodgy sender.
Would the car idle roughly if the oil press was at a dangerous level? What are the symptoms of low oil pressure?

Normal.
Oil tends to think out when it gets a little hot.
It may also be your oil pressure sender playing funny buggers.
Which oil are you using?
I just bought the car 3 weeks ago, previous owner said it was castrol syn R (not sure of the vis.). Also said he changed the oil 2000 kms ago
Just came home from work now and the gauge was basically reading 0. Turned the car off and switched it back on and it went back to 2.

Hi All,
Driving along today when i notised my oil pressure gauge was below 1 on the stock gauge at idle.
As soon as got going again the gauge went up to its normall 4 postion. Usually at Idle the gauge reads around the 2 mark but if you leave the car ideling for extended periods of time it drops to ~1. Is this normal ?
