V35/v36 Japanese To English Conversion

Hi, I'm looking for someone that can do this English conversion for a Nissan skyline 370gt 2009 with Bose system and Nav in New Zealand? or some information on parts required and what is involved firmware etc. also is there a way to change the speedo cluster to English?
