  1. ..obviously you didn't read the post above yours.
  2. Let the man get on with selling his car?? He has stated in his first post that he doesn't want to sell.
  3. Reason for Selling:Dont want to sell, but if offer made will sell. ..um 'don't want to sell', but you've posted in the for sale section? Sounds like you're a bit simple old mate.
  4. ..anyway know where I might get one of these??
  5. -does anyone know if you can get such a thing as a 'shaft direction of rotation changer' (I'm pretty sure that's the technical name). I suppose basically something like a mini diff. except with 1:1 gearing?
  6. Hey, thanks for that. thought something like that would happen
  7. -Hey all, not sure if this is a really stupid question or not! Just bought a ride-on mower at an auction for cheap, although the motor in it is R.S. - bought it because I have a brand new engine that owes me nothing that I can put in it. Problem is, new engine I have is a horizontal shaft, but should be vertical shaft to suit the mower. Stupid me didn't think about this until after the hammer had dropped. My question: Is there any problems with mounting the engine 90 degrees?? - obviously I would have to relocate the fuel tank so the petrol wouldn't run out! any other reasons why it wouldn't work?? Thankyou
  8. Hello all, just wondering if anyone knows the phone No. for Gavin Wood (engine builder) in Brisbane. Thankyou
  9. -Hey thanks for that, were they Mirko's? I actually went to Sydney yesterday and bought a set off him. Got them for my boyfriend for xmas, so he's pretty wrapped! Thanks for the reply
  10. Hey guys, thankyou all VERY much, you'ra great!. Just one more question - Is there a measurement or what is it called when one wheel looks narrower but isn't - sorry if this doesn't make sense, but at the moment the car has the same size rims on it, but the spokes on the front wheels are closer out to the tyres, while the spokes on the back wheels are a lot deeper in. Thanks again!
  11. I'd definately participate, Wakefield Park, or Winton. Peter Finlay is a wacker and wouldn't do it with him, anyone else fine.
  12. Are these the gold/bronze ones or silver? I know your original thread said Gold/bronze, but in the picture you posted they look like the silver ones
  13. Wanted R34 GT-R wheels in bronze. Thanks very much
  14. Thank Richard!! The rims will probably be 8.5" so what size would you suggest??
  15. I want to buy my partner wheels for his R33 GTR skyline can you please help with a few questions - Do the rims need to be the same width all round? Or can you use narrow rims on the front with the same width tyres? Also if going to 19” rims what size tyres should I get him? I have spoken to a major tyre shop and they were very unhelpful. Thank you very much!
