Diagnosis: cracked head, back to mechanics, still under warranty thank fk, thanks for everyone advice!

I have milky white foam in the oil cap, blowing out of the dipstick and under the radiator cap, head gasket? There is minimal smoke upon start up. 94 toyota land cruiser GXL any suggestions? Engine has just been rebuilt
