yea the 03 maxima are about the same and work .......they are basically a replacement pad ......there are a few options of upgrade pads but not heaps

If you get a ceffy with low km's ie 40000km's ...u generally wont have a problem with it, maybe the odd steering rack boot or rusting exhaust oh and wiring issues (electric windows and lights) etc. But that will be like any car of similar age and kms. As a daily its a great car esp if you have some fairly stockish suspension. Cops have never bothered me although i dont have a modded exhaust but i do have coilovers and at one stage did have some works wheels....Its economical and when you want power you have it, its also great for long distance / highway driving because of the extra power you really never need to get out of fifth gear. But that would be alot like the r32 anyway. And na lancer will be gutless........everytime i drive a standard na car i realise how awesome a turbo car is ............anyway i will stop prattling now.

they are very similar .....better pads and discs would help. Ceffy has ventilated discs in the rear where the s13 doesnt but i think the fronts are basically the same. my old standard brakes sucked on track days .....4 laps and they were gone. very good on the street though ...as most brakes generally are. lol oh and on the topic of hijacking threads......i have some 4 stud hubs, brakes and MC as well...haha

it is very over priced .......and been for sale for awhile i bought mine for 9.5k 3.5 years ago, factory manual and factory turbo, 40,000kms, a few minor interior things like missing map reading lights and left hand vent and a little bit of dash lifting...but the rest was perfect.

so what about the gtst front bumper on cefiro? any one done this? mods required?

i got a chip made for mine through my old pintara forum antrx.com got advanced timing rev limit increased to 8000 speed cut removed and few other things if you going to do it get some performance out of it to ....so u can at least get there quicker! heheh

cefiro is same as r32, r33 - drum handbrake separated from calipers. If ur staying 4 stud just get ur new z32 discs redrilled, the the discs and calipers should fit up fine.

i like those ! ......so much better than the uras other crap thats around for the ceffy. There not over the top which is good.

also it might just say lsd viscous on the side of the diff like mine does .........

Only benefits are what people have already said. extra track, and more camber. Thats if you think there benefits. and if u have camber tops then u can get more camber that way. Also with the extra track i have found the car follows the road more which is annoying ...even after a wheel alignment. Plus if you already ahve wide wheels that meet ur gaurds then they will stick out a 10mm more than before. I think i will be selling mine and doing the r33 ball joint in my stock a31 arms aswell.

wasnt the whole reason of buying the cefiro ...to be different? i do like the s14 series 2 front though but i like that car anyway ....

i have heard the stories of people being stabbed at killara and lindfield stations although never witnessed it myself ....most of this crime occurs around the stations themselves. I go to macquarie park / centre all the time, night and day and never seen anything. Never had anything done to my car. I can imagine there are filthy hobos out there in the area as there is alot of cheaper housing compared to some of the surrounding areas. Should be interesting how the train line affects all this ?

when u say dot 5 .......u mean dot 5.1 i take it?

after how many laps is it going spongy? You could always do a few cool down laps. What pads are u running? What fluid are u running? R33 gtr's already have some form of ducting to the wheel well which could be extended closer to the disc.

do u have the front ceiling reading lights? with all plastic surround etc if so how much and psotage to sydney. cheers alex
