  1. So I have a 1998 R34 Sedan Auto RB25DE, I just recently changed the coolant. I unscrewed the bung from the side of the block as well as the bung on the underside of the radiator. Drained all the coolant and screwed the bungs back on. Filled up the coolant, but it didn't take the required 9.4 litres of coolant. So I've been running the engine until operating temp and then shutting it down until it cools, and then I pour more coolant in. And just today I took it for a short 10min drive and when I got back there was white smoke coming from the left side of the block near the coolant bung. Any ideas?

    Thanks.

Simplest like for like fix? Head to wreckers, buy some from a Maxima or other highish spec Nissan of similar vintage to the R34. Quite possibly will have the same thing.

Otherwise, you can buy all sorts of tweeters to suit split systems that you will have to create a mount of some sort to hold them in place of that original one. The tweeters you pictured do look absolutely tiny though, so you will not be wanting big dome tweeters. I'd recommend domes, but you'll definitely be looking at the small end.

Maybe go off into the wild and look at something like https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Porsche-Cayenne-S-955-9PA-2004-Bose-Tweeter-Speaker-7L5035361A-J139/383880936628?hash=item5961163cb4:g:Vq8AAOSw~Jhf68Ls

Thank you very much for the insight. I'll try a few wreckers, if no luck then I'll look on ebay for a small pair. Thanks again.

It doesn't look like a factory relay holder to me, they are generally green or blue or brown (to match the relay that plugs into them)

    Is there something not working?

It sits next to the brown one. Well the speedo doesn't work, but I don't think that is the cause.

  4. Hi, the speedo in my R34 4 door doesn't work, I have replaced the cluster and did a self diagnostic check to see of the needle still moves and yes it does still move.

Could it be wiring issue or the speed sensor itself. If it is the sensor itself do I need to drop the transmission to fix it?

    Kind regards Jack.
