  1. Thanks again GTSBoy, I found a thread which explained the difference and since the fix is so easy I decided not to blow up the guy who sold me the pair.. cheers Mickel
  2. Thanks for the response GTSBoy, I looked over the rear wheel for the stud but couldn't see one on the rim. Where is it found? Both rims have 225 tyres on them so perhaps the stud was removed by the previous owner? mickel
  3. No scam Murray"...........so why are the wheel rims stamped rear or front? the owner's manual refers to different tyre sizes front to rear but doesn't explain anything about rim differences.
  4. The front rims are marked: Offset 30. 18x8JJ FRONT. 3.1822 FRD. CD100 FZ32. Tyres are 225/45R18 the rear rims are marked: Offset 30. 18x8JJ REAR. 3.1823 FRD. CD 110 FZ 32 Tyres are 245/45 R18 What is different between the front and rear rims as I have measured several dimensions and they seem identical? can a rear rim be used safely on the front? And vice versa... hope someone has the answer as I just bought what I thought were two fronts but have actually been sent one of each!! cheers Mickel
