  1. Hey guys, My swap is 95% finished. It is a RB25DET swapped into an R32 GTS-T. Right now it is using the stock RB20 harness. The main thing is finding a suitable computer. For now, I am just running a Z32 QU ECU (94+ NA). I am only driving it to get around and obviously driving very carefully and NOT boosting at all. Right now I am considering these options. 1.) Reprogramming a Z32 ecu to the specs of my motor. And wire up VVT to work. 2.) Running a stock Rb25det ecu (and ppl recommend the rb25 engine harness). In both these options, is it required for me to run an rb25 engine harness? What is the reason behind running the rb25 harness anyways? Can't I just wire everythign up manually? Can anyone shed some light here
  2. Well I recently did an rb25 swap in my r32. 1 week ago I noticed during a rainy day that i could not stop my wiper blades from moving. They would move automatically in at the INT speed even though I had put it to OFF. The wiper blade problem went away the next day but came back again. Now today, I parked the car with the windows about 2 inches down. When I came back and started the car, I could not move my windows back up. The RPM tach also stopped working. And when you turn your key to the ON position, usually all the engine check lights go on, but mine dont come on anymore. What could it be? A retarded fuse or something!? or Could it be a wiring problem? But i dont see why the shop i go to would need to play with that wiring
  3. Thats for the compliments guys The rims are Work Emotion CR Kai in bronze. The motor is an RB25DET
  4. Greetings from the far away lands of Canada! LOL To be quite honest, in Canada, there are very few web boards that are as knowledgable as you guys in AU! Much props ! Being that this is one of my first posts here, I hope I'm not being a dumb newb and posting in the wrong section  Well it's been a long month an a half journey to get this done. The car is still in progess since the car is running on a z32 ecu temporarily as we are waiting for one to get reprogrammed. Car: 1989 Skyline R32 GTS-T Type M Swap: RB25DET + a whole lotta other great shiet. Paint: Satin Black. I assure you guys the car is not painted with spray cans. It does indeed have a clear coat on it Interior: JIC Magic Seats, DEFI/Nardi/Apexi goodies etc Enjoy. All comments welcome. If you look carefully, we actually cut a pretty huge section out and made a "sinking" aluminum plate for the battery and the piping to go right through. What use is bigger piping if you dont have a bigger TB? Q45 TB Old pictures from a photoshoot And here is a pic before anything was done. This was when we were trying to fit the front bumper and side fenders. We ditched the fenders cause I didnt like how it looked.
