  1. So your saying the people that have VG30 housings (internally gated) and fitted arent using a "bolt on" style turbo?

Not every GT30 has to be externally gated

alrighty.. wats the cost to get a vg30 or rb25 exhaust housing machined to suit gt30 and than gt30 price? than spacer plate.. and all other supporting mods required? i'd much rather go gtrs.. and also i've seen a couple dyno sheets of gt30's and goin off a rb25.. the gt30 is laggier than a gtrs.. so over i'd still rather a hks direct bolt on

  2. i would well and truly choose the gtrs over a gt30 anyday.. especialy for its direct bolt on feature were as gt30 top mount mani, gate, blah blah blah you know the usual big snail mod

the gtrs is well and truly capable of making 250rwkw on a rb20 with the supporting mods ive found the garrett equivilant and a friend of mine is tryin that soon on his rb20 so will be awesome to see

  3. Well if you haven't had a tune yet then this is probably not true:

The PFC has no idea of your fuel pump condition as it is just going off the standard maps.

I think running 10psi I got close to 90%injector duty cycle. After a tune this was reduced to 69% and making a lot more power.

You will need to see on the dyno how your AFRs are.

i'd say this blokes hit the nail on the head.. the car hasnt been tuned yet so its simply running off the base map so go get it tuned and see wat it does than..

  4. excellant topic.. as for the pulleys i have them on my rb26 in my s13 cost me 300 bux for the set how ever you might have to be a bit carfull seeing as there goin on a rb30.. find out which rb20 or 25 has the same size pulleys because rb26 to rb20/25 have different size pulleys especialy water pump pulley

  5. self defense lol

please moderators.. take this cockheads advice.. seeing as he drives a volkswagon.. that is apprently queenslands quickest street registered vw.. yet it has never seen a drag strip before.. so before you go mouthing off PROOVE WAT IT CAN DO YOU COCKHEAD NONE OF THIS TALK TALK TALK SHIT bring it out and proove wat the piece of shit can do and if your really that keen to loose money bring it out cockhead

  6. ok ok ok.. the oil leak starts near the back of the motor... its got itself on some rubber steering thingo

ok than if the bottom part motor leaks and some gets onto timing belt? (wat the f**k.. the leak starts at the back of the motor.. and than manages to make its way to the timing belt which is right at the front hows this work)

    some bolts warped themselves? WTF

explain it again in technical terms if you can :\ either that or go see a mechanic

  7. Change your dump pipe and try it.. suprised to see a high flow put on a car before a dump pipe actualy.. ive seen it happen.. also try wire the wastegate flap open and take it for a drive.. sure it will be gutless but see wat it does

if it makes boost high up in the rev range than the wastegate hole is to small and

but if it still does the same thing with a stock turbo it would be a bit wierd for the standard dump pipe to be affecting it but it could be possible

  8. ebay guy.. report him

as for the tune.. for now i'd leave standard computer in there and buy the extra bits you want to put on once you've got everything as you want it including turbo if your goin to do that.. if you want to save the cost of a tune and than once you've got everything put it all in than go get your tune

either way thats my opinion and wat i'd do.. for your current mods stock computer is fine

good luck getting your money back off the ebay cockhead
