Today ( Wednesday ) spotted a nice silver R33 series 2 with nice wheels and some sort of odd looking restrictor in the exhaust, and two tail lights that didn't work. Was on drakeford drive at about 8:20am.

oh ok cool, as i was running in to get dinner i forgot that i still had people in the car, and i locked it, and after they moved a few seconds later it triggered the microwave sensors in my car and set the alarm off, i looked like a dick lol.
I have done that a number of times, fortunatly my alarm system didn't have microwave sensors...

Parking aint that bad there..."southers"
If you park in the lower basment you will easily find parks...
But beware, there has been alot of reports of old stupid drivers hitting other cars.
So best place in like i said lower basement. cameras are everywhere... but not good for identification.. more of a scare thing.
Mine included.... no note or anything of course.

For those that have R32 GTRs what is the maintainence like on them? I would really like to get one, but the age of them worries me.
I am guessing that engine wise the biggest problem is likley to be the turbos... But a few thoughts from those that currently have one would be really helpfull.

Yep bingo!
Where were you? I was getting dinner for my friend and her daughter.
I was on foot, you where stopped one car back from the pedestrain crossing, and I was to your left looking at your car.

Previous posts have been refering to power at the wheels, the 205kw is at the flywheel.

What I am seeing now is different to what has been here for the last week or so.

It appears that a new theme has been applied to the forums in the last hour or so. The SAU banner and the sponsors add do not get allocated enough space on the page when viewing in Firefox.

I just found this on Toyo's website:
The Proxes RA1 has the same construction & tread compound as the Nitto NT555R Extreme Drag Radial, and therefore provides very similar performance.
Don't know if I believe it but interesting... anyone know the price diff?

The other thing to consider with the tow bar is the ball weight, which is the amount of weight it is rated to to support pushing down on the ball.

At a guess Autech or someone else fitted the GTR nose at the owners request, rather than it being a standard thing from Autech

I found that with the EBC greenstuff that they were not as good as I would have liked when cold.. eg 10min @ 100kph then try and stop in a hurry. I would guess that the yellowstuff would be worse in this regard... something to keep in mind for street use. I switched to Pagid Rs4-2 and found them to be much better.

Sounds good, I will have to hide the car (not a skyline) around the corner....
