well i sorte my problem i changed the cas and all my plugs were fouled, so i replaced them and broom!!

where is the fuse for the injectors?

i have checked the sensor part on the power fc and nothing is highlighted

that could possibly be my problem i thought the crank angle sensor only timed spark, how can i test for injector pulse, i know my injectors are ok cos i put 12v across them and they click open, but when cranking i dont get any fuel into the cylinders but i have spark.

Ok i checked for spark thats all good and well, i also have heaps of fuel pressure, i have entered the injectors into the power fc and selected the q45 afm and still no good, doesnt even fire one tiny bit??

i have the exact same problem and everything seems to be fine on my car except it doesnt fire one bit i have also checked the following. let me know how you go. cheers

hi guys, i recently had a flat battery and when i tried to start it it turned over slowly but then my power fc when a bit funny. I replaced the battery and turn the ignition on and the power fc has now reset itself back to its stock map, WTF, anyway car starts but is very rough idle and pours heaps of black rich smoke, so i booked it into the tuner to get tuned..but i decided to change afm since the rb20 one was maxed out in the last tune, so i went with the q45 afm, its all wired up sweet done a sensor check on the power fc everything reads fine, but now the car just turns over and does not fire one bit, so i put the old afm back on and it still does the same thing, so i pressume its nothing to do with the afm's. I havent checked as of yet if i have spark or not, but does anyone else know what what i could check on why it isnt firing anymore. My 32 has:

td06-20g
gtr injectors
power fc
bosch fuel pump
tomei cams
nismo headgasket
power fc boost kit
hks front mount

I went to QR the other month, have stock 32 brakes with bendix ultimate pads, worked the shit outta the brakes, after 6 laps my pads were smoking and all whitish, i had no pedal left (was running new Castrol Super Response). Once i got home (with no brakes left) i pulled my pads out and ground them down on the concrete driveway to get the burnt layer off. Bled every caliper with new fluid...took it for a drive and still have no brakes...i think either the complete pad is just stuffed or i managed to pop some diaphrams in the brake booster?

hey i get the same problem! i have an rb20 with a td06 and all the goodies, i run a apexi power fc boost kit, and i noticed that when on ful boost (which is only 14psi) the needle on the gauge flickers like crazy it is like a big blur it moves that fast? and i dont have a blow off valve at all! with all custom pipe work, i cant seem to find what it is.

hey just wondering whats the biggest offset and wodth i could put under my 32 (with gaurd rolling) im looking at 18x9.5 and either +25 or +38 offset would either of these fit on my 32 allround without dramas? cheers if they wont what is the perfect size 18inch wheels i could put under them..i want them to fill gaurds perfectly.

Ok well i followed that D1NZ site i bought ONE .8mm diff shim, opened my diff up and slapped it in as per the D1NZ site...put it all back together and it was harder to put the center back into the housing, maybe cos the shim made the whole centre .8mm thicker, if you go any bigger you might have to take it to a diff lapper and get them to make sure the backlash is set right so you dont snap teeth of the pinion gear. But seriously the diff shim in my 32 only lasted like 2 weeks and now its back to the way it always was...i think the shim just wears out really fast cos the center isnt suppose to have that much tension. I read that there is another shim on the other side but i never seen that part, and everyone that has shimmed their diff only ever does the one side.

your diff will only last for about 2 weeks then it will go back to spinning one wheels again not worth the effort!!! mine is back to normal after shimming mine...was great when first didi it but about 200k's later it was back to one wheelin

The best option is to buy a 350z gearbox and just get the bellhousing modded for $400 these gearboxes are pretty cheap and are six speed and they weigh a tonne...but when u see the size of the gears in them compared to your rb boxes they look like they are meant to hold 1000hp.

as if you wouldnt trade for the monster gold and silver r32 you mustn be aware of what this beast is like

if you want 1kg less weight change your r32 power steering pump to an r31 pump they are 1kg less...but are about $90 secondhand lol
