Not sure if you want to do some work but... I just bought a mount from Coventrys and then adapted it to fit onto my pillar... I took the rubber door seal off and drilled a small hole under it, put some galv on it (to stop rust) and then ran a thin peice of metal around the shape of the door and rivet'ed it in place.. Fits great and the seal goes straight over the top of it..... Best of all, it cost like $5 :-) $3.20 for the mount and something small for a bag of rivets and i got the metal from a mechano set :-) It doesnt look dodge either...

Hey all, I just recently installed a FMIC and realised (i knew before hand but forgot) that I would need to relocated the windscreen wiper bottle. Has anyone acutally moved it, or did you need to purchase a new smaller one? If so, could someone please point me in the right direction. Hey. I just fitted mine last weekend. I didnt have to move the trans cooler but i had to move the horns and take a small "V" shaped cut just below the bonnet clip thing (if that makes sense). I fitted a 600x300... I also had to take my fog lamps out as the piping was got in the way. The hardest part i found about the whole exersise was getting the spolier off :-) If you wanna know what kit i used and what i paid etc PM me. good luck!

Cheers. Ill look into that. Should be alot easier than me doing it its internally wastegated. I plan to leave the stock turbo on it now, im not that power hungry, my missus still needs to drive it

Yeah, that seems to be the way to do it. Im just thinking about the flange, that could be hard.

Thanks for the responses. I was pretty sure i knew that the splits were better, less turbulence etc. Just wanted to know if anyone noticed this on our applications. At a guess, most people wouldnt venture far past 250rwkw. Just weighing it up, its going to be alot harder to weld up a pipe with a split in it Thing is with the pipes you can buy, they are 300ish and upwards of that for split. That is just way to pricey for a bit of steel.

Hey all, Im making my own front pipe/dump pipe for an r34 (due to stupid prices from everyone) and am just wondering what the practical benifits of having a split pipe for the wastegate? Would it make much of a difference with a 3inch pipe coming off it? Thanks!

Infact... I just got a quote for shipping some tyres and an exhaust to Perth... $145 + 20 bucks for wrapping of the tyres. I called Pack and Save in Freo. Mine was coming from Brisbane.
