-5 rear is identical so it's best to use that.

Front wise -5 is to big and you'd need to use -9 from memory. Back a few pages are the gtx 2860s that I did but I used some weird stock turbo covers

Have you seen any power / dyno results from them?  I remember that you had them built but sold them on, trying to weigh up whether the extra hp over -9's is worth the $$$$

  2. Not the best forza but not the worst, had a lot more fun with horizon 2 but 6 is a lot better than 5 in my opinion. Im still very disappointed with the lack of tracks from Forza 4, fujimi kaido and the other original tracks are needed badly!

  3. Does any body know if a -9 rear housing will work with the gtx cartridge? Wheels are the same diameter just a different trim, 76 vs 62. As i have -9's now was wondering if i just got the machining done and swaped out the cartridges.

edit: Looks like the -9 rear exducer is 34mm while the -5 is 41mm so I'm guessing no, only other question is will a gtx2860 front compressor fit on a 2859r cartridge?

  4. Was wondering if there is anyone in brisbane that would be willing to let me ride along in there gtr with -5's and stock stroke. Can meet you anywhere or meet at a up coming event. I just want to feel how the turbos make boost in car rather than read all the different opinions online, send me a pm if you are willing.

    cheers

    Aaron

  5. Can anyone recommend some front pipes for a R33 GTR that sit close to the chassis for ground clearance. I have a Nismo one on at the moment that sits aprox 20-30 m/m lower than my gear box, about 70 m/m off the ground when the rest of the car is roughly 130-140 m/m. I want to go 3.5 outlet so i was looking a the Midori stainless system, http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/MIDORI-SEIBI-SUS-FRONT-PIPE-NISSAN-SKYLINE-BNCR-R33-GTR-RB26-DETT-90MM-/140897957238?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&fits=Plat_Gen%3AR33&hash=item20ce2c3576, sorry about the long link. Does anyone run this system or can recommend something that fits my description? I would like to go stainless or maybe titanium if I decide to spend too much...

  6. so what kind of power figure could be run on a e85 tune and still pass emissions? I thought they use to do DB test not emissions test? Either way still trying to decide whethers its worth moding anymore if they are going to start cracking down on it...

  7. Does anyone know for sure what the new laws are? Ive read through some on the dep of trans site and from what i have read, ecu / suspension / engine mods / brakes all need mod plates which is nothing new or anything to get worried about. I rang the department hotline and the guy seemed adamant that all cars must now emit the same CO2 emissions as they had from factory regardless of mod plates and a new facitlity will be up and running round April for testing. Can anyone say for sure if this is correct or false? Will this apply to club cars aswell? If it is true i would say alot of people are in the same boat as me.
