    For Sale

its been said many times, 'jasma' isn't a brand of exhaust its a regulation set out in japan for exhaust systems fitted to cars. I guess kinda like our australian standards approved stuff (like the stickers you get on bike helmets and stuff)
  3. its not a proper wax just a spray on coating... they dont buff it in or anything. Its good to use between real waxing jobs. As i said i have to use places like these (or a carlovers) as i dont have the facilities to detail the car like i used to, plus its illegal now to wash it properly
  4. hopefully will be too busy working to do that
  5. yeah i think because i have the r34 seats and a few other silver things (boost guage and my door sill panels are actually polished stainless steel) it came up ok start back at work on the 8th jan.....at bundaberg on my first week back from holidays
  6. you will have soon, these sort of businesses are cropping up everywhere.
  7. bah way to rub it in infact even if we didn't have restrictions i couldn't wash the car here i live in a townhouse complex and theres really no where i could do it easily. Makes more sense to pay mt gravatt carwash 33 bux and get a full wash wax and interior clean
  8. wish i could wash + polish my car damn water restrictions and yeah just over a month ago now
  9. not much, just finished my dash (see above) and then i gotta drive over to indroppilly as g/f is havin a new years party. u?
  10. hey daz
  11. my noosssss yeah booi!! (ricer talk ) nah it was supposed to keep the aerial down when i was playing a cd, however it also switches off my amp as i didnt check how that was wired up, so atm i can choose between aerial up and sub on, or aerial down and sub off lol oh and its orange not red
  12. yeah didn't come out in the pics too well but you can see how good the clearcoat came up around the vent control and hazard switch in the photo
  13. hey troy
  14. ahh finally the dash is back in and shane i have those pics you were after too
  15. sif anyone cares
  16. i agree the ultimates are not kind at all to rotors, i had ultimates and brand new dba slotted rotors, after 1 year of driving my rotors are down to minimum thickness after a light machining
  17. zomg its lee
  18. heya dave, glad someone likes my work dan (elite dan) told me to use brake cleaner that worked ok, but i ended up using acetone (stole a heap from work but ran out) as it dissolves the rubber but somehow it also hardens it, then it got sanded, had a few coats of plastic primer, cut back with wet and dry, shitloads of silver vinyl spray, then more shitloads of acrylic clear coat, left to dry overnight before a buff with an abrasive pad, then some meguiars scratch x and finally a wax you cant see it well in the pics but the clear is uber smooth, came up great! but i thought series 2 dashes dont have the rubber crap to contend with?
  19. well i'm off to bed, nite all
  20. i believe they are a hybrid style kit and require cutting to fit them (but might not require a fan blade retrim)
  21. well alot of new cars have random panels painted silver and they look ok. It depends on the quality of finish, before the clearcoat it looked crap (i know because i had to put the car together so i could drive it up to bundaberg to my g/f's parents place for xmas) but after the clearcoat it came up great, looks like it was done in a booth but for a few minor imperfections...the surface is perfecltly smooth and i'm happy with the result
  22. daz does that mean you've done yours or you dislike the idea i wouldn't have done it but i hated the crappy nissan rubber crap that scratched so easily, i had an air freshener that leaked and it stripped a big chunk of it off lol was going to go gloss black but ended up doing silver like everyone else
  23. i'm bored so heres some crappy phone shots of my silver dash..ive just finished buffing it down after the clearcoat and putting all the stuff back in, pics dont do it justice it came up real good
  24. howdy bishes
