  1. ok guys- thanks for the contact, but the car is now sold.
  2. Ok guys - It's now late Jan and I have returned to work and am ready to put the Forester in the garage, so it's out with the Skyline. Price reduced. See pics at website listed above. This is a very nice, tight, clean and *original* car.
  3. Raven - thaks for the rap. Ok guys - geting desparate now. Make me a serious offer.
  4. OK - 2 things 1. Bump  2. Picked up the XT last week so want to sell the R32 now. Serious offers considered (currently highest $15k but I'm sitting on that at the moment.) This car is in top original condition.
  5. Ok all- now that I have two kiddies and two dogs, I need a bit more room than the Skyline permits, so I have a Subaru Forrester XT on order (any tips on XT mods greatly appreciated by the way ...). This means the Skyline has to go! It's a Black '92 R32 GTS-T with 77,000km. I have owned it for two years, and during that time have had no mechanical problems with it other than a dead fuel pump. It's factory stock, and is in excellent condition both inside and out (I garage it at home and at work). More details and piccies are at: http://members.optusnet.com.au/~jdobell I want $17,900, but am prepared to listen to offers (or remove amps/sub to lower price). Sydney located, will consider shipping if necessary.
  6. 6000k's! On an antique? Where the hell have you been going?
  7. Raven - As it should be! And I hope your "Paul Newman Special" is still going strong ( I can't write/ say that without thinking of pasta sauce...). Any more issues with the beast?
  8. MEGA - thanks for the reply. I haven't done the plugs or filter for about 6 months, so probably time now. As to a second hand GTR pump - I may need help with where you'd get something like that. I'll try a trawl through the classifieds forum but other than that is there a place you'd recommend? And yes that is my car - having looked at the pics of yours I can see why you like it! NICE GTS-4 you have there!
  9. OK guys - here's my first post in the forum, so treat me kind. I have a stock 1992 r32gts-t which has been humming along just fine for the last two years (apart from the alarm shorting out and setting some of the interior wiring on fire ... but that's another story). Anyway, I start up the car yesterday morning and it turns over and over and does nothing. I think maybe it's fuel, so give the tank a "thud" then it finally starts - and slowly comes to life. It then coughs and splutters for the first 10 min or so. After this, it seems fine, except it still seems to cut in and out once I get on boost - like it's starving. When I stop and start during the day the same happens, then when I leave it overnight I have to revert to a "thud" to the fuel tank to wake it up. I did a search on old forum threads but couldn't find anything similar. Given it happened so suddenly, does it sound like a fuel pump problem? If so, what's the best way to go about fixing it? I hear a factory replacement pump is around $700! Any thoughts appreciated!
