care to explain how I can do it? as I recently had a alarm installed and now my basic turbo timer no longer works presumably due to the imobilizer?

Hi Deren, I think all that was done by the importer, as its required for compliance .. I know its got fresh oil, oil filter looks new and so does the petrol filter .. I was talking more along the lines of cleaning the PCV valve and any other valves which get dirty and clogged over time, I like to do preventative maintenance rather that wait for a problem to arise

Hi, I received my m-spec '93 GTST a few days ago and I was hoping someone could tell me preferably with some sketches or pictures what valves etc should be cleaned and checked? there is nothing notibaly wrong with my car, just has a slight stumble coming off from high revs @ 1300 revs it has a very slight stumble almost unnoticable. Could you explain why it cannot be done if you have an immobilizer? what must be done different to get it to work?

Just got my Skyline and did the once over, and I have exactly the same problem. The two bolts are rusted, going to try and fix the bastards up .. any idea what the bolts are holding down?

Hi! I just received my R33 GTSt yesterday and the question I am having is there is a little blackbox where the ashtray is supposed to be. Its got a switch that says A and B and a white socket with pins, presumably where a screen plugs in.. Does anyone have something similar? If so can you tell me the brand name? can I get a screen for it? and what does A or B do? anything else I should know about it? The other question is when I test drove my car before I purchased it, the Turbo Timer kicked in after giving it a hard time for a few minutes when I left the car. However now since I have had an alarm and I think an imobilizer put in, I checked the box and it looked disconnected I have since reconnected the plug behind the ashtray but it does not seem to be working after leaving the car, or does it only start after receiving a nice hard thrashing? I would appreciate any input you guys have!

Yer, Well i do like to hear some sort of a spool, You cant even hear the smallest whitle right now which is pretty boring, i bought a turbo car so i could enjoy hearing it spool up too !

Hey guys, I bought a R33 turbo, Its had a fair bit done to it, although the turbo is silent, (stock 1) i think, what can i do to get some noise out of it, but dont want to use BOV or cooler and has to be legal, Also cant impare the performance. Thanks

I dont have a Skyline yet, waiting for compliance .. but if Skylines have a MAP sensor it could be your MAP sensor has shit itself especially if you get really black smoke coming out of your exhaust when you give it a little rev.
