  2. Anybody had issues with NO3X turning all clumpy in its container?

It's almost as if moisture had gotten in, but not sure how it would have happened, as it's kept on a high shelf and I am quite careful with it.

its common. Just sift it and it will be fine. Or just use it clumpy but blend the shit out of it

  4. I dunno why people get all crazy with flavours. Go for vanilla or unflavoured and add your own stuff at home to taste (baeeires, banana etc).

I just go Vanilla, winner every time.

As for the body type stuff I disagree a little.

I come from a family of skinny runts as Birds puts it and as a teen was heavily into video games and junk food and just eating all the time because it was the thing to do and I still weighed 60kg wringing wet when I left highschool (when the time came around I was also drinking heavily, sugary pre-mix shit)

    No kg's gained.

So genetics/body type do have some impact. Many of my mates living the same lifestyle at the time got fat or at least bigger/heavier.

It was a very conscientious effort on my part to gain weight.

genetics absolutely play a part in the overall scheme of things. Birds you are very narrow minded when it comes to this and your stand alone opinion does not mean you are right!

a true ecto while infact have completely different muscle fibres to that of a mix or meso/endo. This infact determines how hard/easy it is to build muscle and strength

given the above it is absolutely true that an ecto can become a body builder and become a massive kent, however this is going to include far more focus on dietry and routine plus dedication more than the others (not saying the others dont either)

in saying that if they are completely lazy or do not infact work on the diet and what not then i would agree that "blaming genetics" is an excuse for the fact that they are not dedicated in the goal at hand

    have R32 gtr front bar

    have coilovers

  6. wont really matter what screen you run the tests on as it runs on a standard low res that all screens will handle :) (To keep results the same / fair)

I wont comment on the 3770k as I don't know enough about the ivy bridge :)

offcourse was just for benchmark details :D

ivy bridge is all kinds of awesome altho not much difference between the 2

  7. standard boost clock on a 3770k is 3.9ghz.. sweet score though.. turn it up a little more :)

lol offcourse....wasnt even thinking of the boost clocking....it could go a lot more with RAM/GPU and some more CPU cranking but no point at this stage and i really should look at cooling

    CPU - box fan currently

GPU - Tripple fan cooling each

    Case - 3 x 12 and 1 x 14cm

edit: forgot to note that these tests were done on a 42" toshiba LCD

  8. ok so got around to running a few benchmarks on the pc that i built in July. Here are the results with crossifre 7970 and 16gb ram (removed 16gb for results) All test done on 3dmark 11 Pro

out of the box as built in June with old drivers

    QeLhO60.jpg

driver update to 13.10 (non beta)

    LWrSOiA.jpg

    increase on multiplyer (CPU only)

    vO3Xs3u.jpg

here are the images of the one click genie from MSI. I have not touched any BIOS/RAM/GPU settings yet and would expect this to go way into the 21***+ mark with those and the other 16gb put back in (to bring it back upto 32gb ram)

    x38 (3800mhz)

    syEimNz.jpg

    x42 (4200mhz)

    2L83d4d.jpg

to be honest i actually think my scores a little low to what they should be. I also noticed that my CPU is running 3.8Ghz out of the box instead of 3.5Ghz.
