the question being thrown everywhere at the time was "those who are under the age of 25 and already got a import, will they be effected by the law?" and since we couldnt find anything anywhere at the time, i thought i'd ask the cop. its no wonder people are more so against police these days because of dickhead cops like this that deter us from having any form of a "friendly" type relationship with them.

there is a good chance based on a few facts against the police right now 1 of those facts being that the car actually passed not being a defective car so that fine is instantly dismissed as u actually need to take it to court for them to dismiss it from your records. the 'not having a modification plate', we've only got 1 thing going in our favour for this fine which i wont say till we run it through the court. but lets say its a f**kup that the cop did with the fine. on the other hand, these modifications dont require a modification plate at all based on the fact, qld transport classifies what i've done as 'accessories' and 'every day use of a car'.

law states that any enforcement agency is not able to reinburse you for any lost of finance or time if anything is to be taken through the courts, etc. however, we are possibly looking into a nice little lopehole right now that will personally have the cop pay all fee's that i've already forked out plus anythin more i have to pay. court fees, etc are runnin high if i was to be payin. so far, fee's would be into the 7k area right now based on the time dad's spent ringing around askin questions, chasing up shit, etc for the court case. the court case i just had on friday was a court to either 'request a hearing date', 'pled guilty' or 'not pled guilt'. if I was to of pleaded not guilty it would of been a quick 10-20min case with only my side of evidence to give as the otherside wasn't there to give their evidence for the case. requesting a hearing date has now allowed us to request for the othersides evidence. the evidence we know they have so far is the conversation recorded between me and the officer. the conversation has been talked about between me and dad and dad thought it was pretty stupid of me to actually start the conversation with a cop. I simply stated "anyone should have the right to ask any question they wish to a cop without feelin the threat that they are about to be ass raped by them with fines, etc". waitin to hear back from the other lawyer thats now taking over the case for me.

cant move the SWRP into the building based on the lease they have already in place out at bundamba & up the road from me. oaky & toowomba sites will remain as they are as well. but i think it`ll be ur site, corronation drive & my site that will be moved into that office. i`ll talk more with the management of my project next wk when they return from holidays.
