Riddle me this...Why do you keep holding onto that idea, as stated many times over the laws are to cater for the lowest denominator, do you think each individual should be assessed and the law applied as each case arises, do you really believe that's possible?. Qld?? Talk to god. Just did my fathers drainage at his place in noosa last december (some holiday), same as you he had standing water and a lot of it.
