Thanks mate... which bit is the turbo elbow? (turbo to filter??) and why does it differ from the rb20 turbo?? Did you get new gaskets? Why did you change it? (just for upgrade or did you have a stuffed turbo?) Thanks! Todd

Hey players, I am thinking about upgrading my turbo (in my R32 GTS-t) before the doc comes and just wanted an opinion... I don't want to spent too much and don't want much if any extra lag... From what I know the r33 turbo gives better flow and is a cheap option (there are a few low k jobbies for sale for around $200). Can anyone tell me the expected benifits (added power) and will it withstand higher boost than the RB20 turbo (I am currently running aroung 13-14)... OR, can you reccomend another turbo that would be a better option and around the same price range? I know it will be best to get something serious but that wont happen before it gets tuned so I figue if I get something for about $200-$300 and can gain another 10-20 because of it then it will be worthwhile. For those of you who don't know my other engine mods are... 3" Turbo Back Exhaust POD Air Filter (cold air intake) Front Mount Intercooler Gizzmo Electronic Boost Controller (13-14psi) Bosch 040 Fuel Pump I hope to get a Z32 AFM before the tune but don't know about that!!! Thanks! Todd

Hey Guys, ns.com have organised for Dr Drift (Sam) to bring his dyno down to Tas and do a group ECU remap and tune. We currently have about 10-11 committed people who have paid their $100 deposit and the date is set at this stage for the weekend of March 25th. To get Sam to commit to coming down, shutting up his shop for a week and doing us this HUGE favour, we need some more people to join the group. I believe he can do remaps on most Nissan ECU's and from all reports the result is often better that most aftermarket computers and the total cost is substantially less. Significant gains can even be made on standard engines. Nobody does it better than DR DRIFT! Taken from ns.com – by Dr Drift IMPORTANT I would like to request that ALL vehicles have upgraded fuel pumps (standard are way bad), full tanks of whatever petrol you want the car tuned on, maintained vehicles (serviced, good spark plugs etc). If we can make sure that all cars are ready it will make the whole process quicker and easier for everyone and allow us to tune as many cars as possible. Remap Prices cover initial ECU modifications, and loading of pre-tuned maps to suit, these will then need 1-1.5 hours of dyno time tuned specifically to your vehicle and fuel. Dyno time as mentioned will be around $180/hr. ECU modification and Base Maps priced as follows: S13 CA18 - $330 S13 SR20 - $450 S14 SR20 - $660 S15 SR20 - $660 R32 RB20 - $330 R32 RB26 - $330 R33 RB25 - N/A R34 RB25 - $660 Z32 VG30 - $330 Look at the below link for details! http://www.nissansilvia.com/forums/index.p...pic=139544&st=0 Thanks for reading! I had it happen to me on my last car (about 12 months ago) and I just did nothing about it and it never caught up with me... I think it was because I went to one plance for roadworthy because I got it from the mainland and failed because of tint so I took it to dodgy bros the next day, paid again and it passed so I figured it was becuase of that

Genuine Impul 17" 2 Piece Wheels
CATKICKER replied to CATKICKER's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
Have replied to all PMs! Todd -
I have just replaced these wheels on my R32 GTS-t and am selling them very cheaply to make room. They are 17" IMPUL RS Hoshimoto Racing 2 Piece rims and have a good 90% rubber on the rears and 5% (not legal) on the front I originally thought they were to suit a Skyline but after taking them off found they had spacers / stud changers. The numbers on the wheels are as follows: Fronts (17 x 7.5 - JJ 25) - (93/3 - E/30) Rears - (17 x 8 - JJ 38) - (93/2 - E/8) The spacers obviously make them suit a skyline stud pattern and offset (I don't really know what I am looking at with these numbers so if anyone could tell me I would much appreciate it!) I have take HEAPS of detailed pics of them with a ruler to assist in determining suitability. As I am not after much for them, I don't want to go to an awful amount of effort to ship so would perfer a local buyer (TAS) but will consider genuine interstate buyer if they were willing to do the running around. Price: $400 Pics: http://pleasecome.bounceme.net/wheels.htm I have attached a couple of pics of them fitted to my car to give you a better idea of style. Please contact me via PM or email: [email protected] Thanks, Todd

I have taken shite loads of detailed photos and they can be foung here: http://pleasecome.bounceme.net/wheels.htm The specs from what I have seen are as follows (hope they make sence to someone, if so could you explain? ) Fronts - (17 x 7.5 - JJ 25) - (93/3 - E/30) Rears - (17 x 8 - JJ 38) - (93/2 - E/8) If you are interested, you are welcome to come and have a look in the flesh! Cheers! Todd

Hey Guys, I just got my new rims and am putting my old ones up for a quick cheap sale... They are a genuine 17" Impul 2 piece. Tyres on rear are an honest 90% and front are probably boardering on illegal. Rear rims are 8" and fronts are 7.5" both with 45 profile. You may or may not have seen them before but are pictured on my skyline below. I orginally thought they were to suit a skyline but actually had spacers and a different stud pattern (but if you want them for a skyline you can have the spacers/stud changers!) I will go down to the garage shortly and confirm the offset but thought I would post them up while I could be stuffed I am only interested in selling these locally for ease and bacause I am not after a lot for them. Let me know if you are interested or if you have any further questions. Price $400 neg PM me or email me [email protected]
