brett - nice disclaimer... as for buying somewhere out of the city.. not sure where i want to live and i live in west perth at the moment so it's a comfort zone thing i guess..

brett - old style ones on colin st.. not that important to live in the city - but i work on the terrace and am not interested in paying huge amounts in parking and the like... at the moment i walk so i get to spend all my fuel $$ on fun time..

niz - i can accept the pre loved bit without a problem - most second hand sinks are pretty good.. there's a difference between pre-loved and the sinks that drain the wrong sorts of things tho..

true paul.. but going for a brand new sink can get you into all sorts of trouble..

parking is provided.. loft apartment in west perth with parking for 180k is sounding good... draino? sometimes that would work - but often is costly and can damage the finish..
