Yes I am a cop for starters. Thanks for picking up on the GOT to use it earlier. I came back on to change to had because using any of our force options is last resort. I meant that in 4 years I have only had one person fire up at me enough to a point where I had to spray him or I would have been assaulted and then him even worse. It's just good that after 30-60 minutes everyone is fine, but due to this they don't learn a lesson as the guy I sprayed it was his 4th or 5th time.
Never excited to use it and hope another 4 years if ever as had 2-3 hours of paperwork directly related to it afterwards.

Sounds like a usual saturday night for Chapel unfortunately its at a point where I don't feel safe going out there. Just the usual mario's fighting and having a go at cops and then getting sprayed. By the way I got to spray someone for the first time in 4 years on friday..good stuff. I didn't get hurt and he is 100% better after around 1 Hour. Safer if we just criuse in our cars away from trouble the huge amounts of stabbings at the moment.
As you would know I have more on both incidents but can't fill you in sorry.

From what I know they don't do dyno tunes themselves and don't do engine re-builds either, they sent it off to other people to do. Then they say how the other people have been stuffing them around, well that's in my case anyway. Not saying they haven't been stuffed around but going to one place to get work done and them sending it to two or 3 other places to complete the work doesn't seem the best or quickest way to get job done for customer.
Also recently got speeding fine sent to me as car I traded in still in my name 6 months on. I think that sums up how quick they work. They haven't even given me details of driver to transfer fine over. Going to transfer it to them as it should be at least in their name by now.
Just don't want to hear of others having same trouble so this thread just to help all of you.
Slygtr: is yours the white R33 with the T04Z in it? Wasn't it in there after a minor bingle. If so hope all ok.
PS Had to get car re-sprayed as no insurance for that style of paint job.

No drug sqad for me, will definetely be going to TMU the imports worst enemy. Was surpsied in a good way that the TMU members where I want to go don't have it in too much for import driver's at all. Just the way the person drives the car and their attitude determines their approach not the car.(Obviously not Knox.) Well it will be one more good traffic cop for import drivers when I go there. Except if they have a TO4Z turbo then I will have to EPA them out of Jealousy..Just kidding.

It's the black one. The engine numbers are different because it's on different block from engine builder as has 86mm forged pistons. Engine definitely not stolen just the legal process that has to be done now. As said earlier no problems at all with work/mod side of business very good prompt quotes always let me know what was going on. With re-spray job it was organised through them with a russian guy that knows my misses brother so got pretty good price as did good job. NOw that waiting 4-5 weeks my misses has agreed to let me get 260 pon cams, air intake and Water/meth kit installed and re-tuned. Hopefully car will then be around 350kw.Decided to get done now as car off road anyway.That has put a smile back on my face and did have plenty of beers yesterday to get over the bad news. At least when I finally get car shouldn't be without it again and will be 100%happy with mods, performance and looks. I guess anything that good/special is worth the wait. I'm not really pissed off anymore as now exactly what's going on now and whats another 5 weeks when already waited 6 months.

Well went down there today and found out that the engine numbers don't match the numbers when registered so stolen motor vehicle squad has to view car which is 5 weeks off even though bought but a cop and checks confirm engine not stolen....How much @#$%ing bull%#$@ is that. I wish it were still summer because I will need to start walking/riding places as no car for up to 6 weeks. On a good note saw the car and looks awesome. Still got to fit gt spoiler and sports steering wheel and detail but will post pics when done and guarentee that no one will be disapointed.

Probably a stupid question but is it show only or Dyno as well, just wondered why the full tank requirement. If I get my car by then I am on holidays so would be happy to enter mine.

What do you think? LET OFF of course. Would you want to defect another cops car only to have him as you back up when your in a punch on. It would take you like 10 min to go a 1KM and help him with no traffic.

Can't go somewhere else as they are the seller of the car. ****** good but his off sider that does the sales side of the business is well below par. And that's who is arranging the rego side of things. I have to go through dean just to get him to arrange things as the other guy doesn't even return calls/messages. That's knowing I'm a cop too.

Looking at getting either 260 or 264 pon cams for R33 GTR just wanted to know whic is better? cost? and best place to go through to buy them?

Have bought my 95 GTR through *** in Moorabbin and got *** to do all the mods as linked together. It will be 6 months in a week and still no car. It's finally up to registration time for about the last 4-6weeks I've heard nothing but excuses with getting the car that's if I can get onto them at all. unless I call almost everyday a week or two will pass with nothing. ONe problem to the next, re-spay as chameleon paint at first, new clutch, engine re-build as piston detontated no labour costs for me only upgraded parts. Now this.
Now have found out that car has different engine in as different engine numbers and car needs to be checked by stolen car squad to confirm engine not stolen before registration. *** does good job but the other half of business is very poor. Don't go through them unless you want to wait from one christmas to the next to get your car.

Back at work Tuesday will make some calls to our driving school who run it and find out what we need to arrange it. We never use it on weekends to my knowledge so should be possible. Will let you know then.
Also if I get cams what size are best 260 or 264? Is there much price difference and where is good cheap place to buy them?

My misses has cracked it about spending money on cars so no water/meth kit for her supra. Still getting FMIC/SAFC/Air intake box/EBC/pipe through cat for supra.Will tune for 16psi and around 250rwkw. (She agrees to that)My next step will be install the water/meth kit and pon cams for GTR and go for 350awkw. Should be a very complete package then. Will do this for next summer.
P.S she is still going to paint her car blue and get GT-spoiler and then Lambo door kit and finally blue/black leather trim. This is ok according to her as getting the money from selling her FTO. If you ask me money could be better spent on engine mods, but then again do I really want her to be as fast as me.

Would love to but engine already built/running and tuned. cost too much to take engine apart to add cams now.
next time will get cams/ light weight pulleys for better accelaration. Going to get water/meth kit end of year and air intake for GTR then aim for 330awkw as now have 310. Never going to race the car just a daily driver amd 330 would be more than enough. I just get jealous reading everyone else's projects with 400+awkw and start to think is it enough....

Just to clarify N1's fitted to GTR now and Supra has stock ceramic turbos. GTR just had engine re-build, forged internals,N1 oil pump, N1 bearings, metal head gasket, blue printing, new crank and new belts. Wish I had done cams but couldn't afford it. Didn't plan on re-build bought car through dealer found detonated piston so repaired same but I paid for upgraded parts. Got the parts to strengthen engine.

Have R34N1s on GTR was thinking if possible swap them onto Supra and get T04Z for GTR. That would give supra 300+ would need pump/injectors though but good spooling set up as car auto. Then go 400+ on gtr already has mods in place to handle that power. Sorry to talk about supra stuuf on forum but learnt lots here and supra forums are no help they all want T88 setups with 500+KW for some reason good luck handling that in rwd.

Definely don't want to stuff engine will only go as high as ICE recommends as I know they have good rep for tuning cars for safety as well as power. May then run 16psi just have extra octane and cooling not a bad thing, also good if I change turbo to run higher boost as heard that anythin over 22psi a struggle on pump fuel. If i do go gt35R or similiar later on would like to be able to get most from turbo.
Could R34N1 be made to fit onto supra set up? Might be idea for me put them on supra and get T04Z for my GTR a win all round I think.

Called ELF only do methanol in 200l. Not going to pay $6 a litre for fuel. Water/meth kit add $3-6 a tank of fuel for 5 extra octane and have the cooling to boot.
With Supra ceramic turbos was told by ICE that 16psi fine with good FMIC. Thus with having FMIC and water/meth kit which cools as well if not more than a FMIC and extra octane 1-2 extra psi should be alright. If it can't handle it well I will just have to replace them with GT35R.
It is my misses car and she will be happy with anything over 260rwkw.

Thanks KamikazeR33 going through vp fuels $90 delivered for 60L. Going to see how well the system works on my supra first before getting one on GTR.
Looks like good option water/meth kit for safer higher boost on the stock turbo's. also getting FMIC and has cold air intake and hoping to run 17-18psi.

That's great that you got your car back. For everyone else I'll tell you that there is NO way they will get time behind bars for this. Courts are rediculous. Just like your all happy when you contest a ticket and win, so will these guys. Small fine and good behavior bond.

It is true that you can write a letter to civic compliance and if it is your first offence and you explain to that fact along with road, weather conditions and how you have learned a big lesson and more than likely get a warning. With speed camera's on side of road they are set at angle of 20% which decreases the reading by around 7KMH to your actual speed. I learned all this at our radar and laser training courses. Also taking 2km/h off as all fines do that means if fined for 63 you would have been doing in excess of 70.
Wonder if anyone in here knew that. Puts a dampner on people complaining for 3kmh over fines. Even if were caught speeding in marked police car we have a BIG please explain and will get the fine if we had no justified reason to speed at that time.
