howdy people, well i'm not freakin happy, my msn got hacked again. i dunno how but it did. anywayz the scums changed all my secret questions, and my alternative email so i can't get back into it. somehow i have to hack back into it, any1 know how i can do that?? also if any1's talking to you on my account, it's obviously not me.

pretty sure you can drive in any state on P's, just L's are only allowed to drive in the state specified on ther license. might have to check this site out -Transport SA it should say it on that site somewhere

the only reason L/P platers are targeted these days is because most are hoons, drive irresponsibly and disrespect the roads rules as it is. i'm sure they'll have plenty more laws to come for L/P plater's. i think it's a good idea, if you behave yourself and drive responsibly then you've got nothing to worry about. but if you drive irresponsibly then prepare to go backwards.
