need to buy a set of stock lifters for my RB20. Dont want to go solid and dealer wants alot for new. Let me know if anyone can help me out. Thanks

Long time reader, first time poster Just wondering what these are here? Are they something I can remove? If not, something I can relocated out of the way? I am refering to these 2 round things in the front. Sorry if this has been asked before. Wasn't sure what to search for heres a pic Thanks for any input
