Rear Wheels Locking Up

I'm running the same tyres front & rear. Brake fluid was changed less than 5000km's ago. The problem has existed before that. I suspect it may have been after the brake master cylinder was replaced because it was faulty. -
I have a problem with my rear wheels locking up first under hard braking. My fronts don't seem to lock up. It's not due to brake fade at the front because i tested it when the brakes were cold. It seems like a brake bias problem. I have Project Mu SCR rotors & Endless SSS pads indentical front and rear. Has anyone had this problem before? Can you recommend a brake specialist in Melbourne? Thanks Will
