I've said it before and I'll say it again. I wouldn't put a malpassi regulator even near my car. They should call them de-regulators. cheap pieces of crap. through it in the bin before you lunch your motor.
Agreed. 1 of 2 fails. IMO

Good boostcontroller. 4 boost settings possible.

We have had some problems with the 1. Generation RB25 (with external coildrivers).
Seems like the spark dissappears over 14 psi boost, even lower on big turboed/hp engines.
Don`t know if it is the coildriver or coil that is the weak link, but most likely the coils.
HKS dli box did not help(as it does on the supra`s)
Generation 2 coils seems better, but probably not working with the external amps.

I Would try som other airflow meters.

Hmm but they are both linear 0-5 volt signals....
Is it just a matter of mapping?

Your 1st torque graph looks like your clutch is slipping..

"under bucket shim " design
Works with Tomei Procam design.
Tomei don`t make them anymore for som reason

Try this one, I know they make solid ones

They work well on single turbo converted VG30DETT`s
Not many of them, thou

I,ve seen 500kw @4 hubs on Dynapack . It was an HKS 2.8 litre.

100% agree

Precision makes smaller exhausthousings for the GT40. This one is A/R 0.81 with 69mm outlet.
They call this turbo GT4067R. Rollerbearing core. 750hp rating. 1.5bar/22psi at 4800-5000 rpm with some good cams. I`ll post my dynopaper when done building/ mapping.

Was going for the 42, but I chickened out because it scared me unpacking it.
Went for littlebrother GT40, and that one even looks too big.
The little one is a 600hp Precision turbo!
I`ll give the GT40 a try.750hp rating. Wiseco/Crower internals.

The power output of these engines are often a question of fuel quality.
Long duration cams will lower compression pressure.
Bigger turbos/exhausthousings will lower backpressure.
Very high peak power numbers are possible at high revs, because of the short
stroke and rodlength/stroke ratio.
500nm at 4000rpm gives 380hp.
500nm at 8000rpm gives 760hp. both with the same combustion pressure.
my answer is I don`t know the limits..
