    Hi ppls

    Well, as some of you may or may not know, I have resigned from my job where I am, and will be finishing up today.

    I will be without my PC for a little while, but will be using my partners machine whenever I can.

    This will mean that I will go quiet online for a week or so, but rest assured that I have all the information and designs sorted (mostly)

    I will be having a couple of weeks off, in which time I will be able to compile all the required radiator guides and get things sorted and send them out.

    Please trust that even though I wont be online often, I WILL send these out as soon as I can.

    If anybody has any concerns or questions, please e-mail them too me or PM, or post in this thread.

    Disconnecting Battery, Alarm Goes Off!

    Hey all,

    Just trying to do a few things with my car which requires disconnecting the batter leads to the car battery.

    The unit has a digital back up battery which of course sets of the siren as soon as i disconnect the battery leads.

    This nearly made me go deaf when i first disconnect the leads! :P

    My question is, how can i disconnect the leads without the bloody siren going off? Is it as simple as disarming the alarm and then do the work? I'm pretty sure the car was disarmed when i disconnected the leads yet the sirens till went off.

    R34 Gt-t Headlight Globes, Highbeam

    True about the high beamers, may not be worth it. Just did a quick search on google and not much came up for HIR1. What happens if this blows in the future, where can I get them?

    I called Autobarn and they said they never heard if the HIR1 globe and when the times comes to replace just conver the connect to a H1 and install a H1 globe in. What are your thoughts?

    Also any idea how to get to the parker lights? Do i have to unscrew the whole healight assembly?

    R34 Gt-t Headlight Globes, Highbeam

    Hello All,

    Recently purchased a R34GT-T that came with the Xenon headlights. As you know these lights look great!! :)

    The only problem I have is that the high beams look yellow when they are turned on and although it is not anything major I am a bit anal and wish them to be whiter so they blend in with the Xenons.

    I pulled the High beam globe out but it was a globe that I have never seen before. Not sure if it is H1 H2 etc, looks totally different.

    I hope someone can point me in the right direction and tell me what type/part these high beams globes are.

    Also do you know what type the park lights are for these headlights as well? Pls let me know a pic of the headlights are required!

    Please Help Re R34 Tv Screen And Cd Player

    Hi all,

    Trying to get the screen to pop up so I can plau CD's, but the open and close button does nothing.

    If i press the enject button enough times the CD will eject but no screen.

    Sometimes if I am lucky the sscreen will pop up and play. But mostly it does not.

    All of the buttons are in Japanese so I pretty much have no luck what button is what apart form open/close which hardly works!

    Any advise?
