  1. I found this info on another site. I haven't tried it yet. http://www.skyline-nissan.net/home/p2_articleid/21/s//amp; - Remove the plastic panels under the driver's side dashboard. - Drop the steering column (using the height / reach adjustment) - Remove the instrument cluster. The small aluminium box on a bracket behind the cluster is the noisemaker. Be very careful with the speedo cable – there is a plastic sleeve than is prone to splitting where the cable enters the back of the speedometer. It can be fixed with some heat shrink tubing or at a pinch some PVC tape. - Disconnect the spade terminal, and remove the dingdong box. Peace at last. Hope this helps. Cheers
  2. I noticed my car doing the same thing a few days after i installed my PFC. At least its just an overspeed warning. I thought it was something more serious....
  3. Well looking at the cables in the box, there are a bunch of black wires (maybe 10-15) and the rest are coloured.

  8. Yeah that was going to be the next step when i get all other factors ruled out.
  9. I'll take a look. Thanks for your help everyone !! Is there anything else that i can check other than PCV valve?
  10. I haven't got any catch cans fitted. Thats what I was going to do to stop the dipstick from popping out. Where is the PCV valve? I suppose I can take a look at that..
  11. NOOOO!!! Does that mean the engine is looking like it needs a rebuild?
  12. I've just completed some mild mods to my GTR... * New turbos (Garrett 2860R) * New intercooler (600x300x115) * New split dump pipes * 3" exhaust * New excedy clutch The problem is that when the car comes on boost, the dipstick pops out and some oil spills out. As far as i know this is caused by blowby. Does this mean my motor is on the way out ? I did a comp test and all cylinders were around the 160 mark. I think cylinder 2 was down to about 150... I'm still yet to take the car for a dyno, and as far as i know the car is running standard boost. Any ideas what the problem may be?? Thanks
