hey guys due to circumstances related to my business i am looking at selling my second skyline genuine reason for sale 1989 R32 Gts-t Imported (185,000km) driven less than 20,000km in the 6 years it has been in australia, for 3.5 of those years it was off the road. only been driven in the last 4 months bout 6000kms The car was bought with the intention of building one of the toughest r32s retaining the rb20 engine alot of the work was already done on the motor in japan before buying it. i had ever intention of taking it down the quarter mile and to the track but have just never go around to it, been very busy with work. The car is registered with an engineers certificate and i have not even been pulled over for a random breath test in the 4 months of driving. This car is not for the faint hearted, 270kw at 19psi (safe), Modifications Exterior Custom Paint job in 2pac Orange, R32 Gtr Front bar with silver mesh hiding the intercooler, Black crystal Corner indicators with led lights, unsure of side skirts and rear bar as they came with the car but believed to be vertex, also have a spare r32 gtr boot with wing and rear bar (both in black) will be included Brand new Tyres (when the car got resprayed the wheels got powder coated fresh as well) unsure of brand but are lightweight and would be good for track use Interior Pinoneer top of the range speaker front and back, sub and amp (all purchased when the car was registered in March of this year) Pioneer Dvd Player with Ipod Adaptor Mongoose M80 series alarm and imobiliser (ADR approved) R33 Gtst Seats practically brand new not a mark on them Momo Steering wheel Nismo Gear Knob Engine temp Gauge Blitz Dual Spec Boost Controller Blitz Turbo Timer Engine The Car only has quality parts and dollars have been spent.... Rb20 (not 100 percent sure of internals although it is believed to have been stroked to a 2.2ltr and the motor has been built) rb25 gearbox Hks Cam Gears HKS twin plate clutch (bites hard) Blitz Return flow Intercooler (with custom piping) Greddy Tdo6 20g Turbo kit and manifolds external wastegate & screamer (will frighten even the passenger) 3inch full exhaust sytem to a 5inch cannon (is engineered with out a cat lol) but in seriousness i bought a cat capable of holding the power level just never got around to putting it on will be included in the sale. Apexi Pod Filter (enclosed in custom made box) Apexi Power FC (with Hand Controller) (located in glove box) Gtr Diff with racing castor Arms and custom LSD (came out of a 800hp engine package my brother bought from a half cut) handles the power with ease Tien Coilover suspension allround, i believe it is adjustable but i have never had to. It has been serviced twice in the last 4 months of driving it once before registering it again and the other just over a month ago. there is probably more i have missed. will keep an eye out, seen 2 silver r32 with black rims drive past my work place on sunday one had nismo rear lip and silver black rims, the other had gtr wing, if i saw this earlier i would have tried to view the plates although i have seen both of those cars drive past before. just curious as to what if any kind of imobilizer or alarm system did you have?

is this still going ahead tonight, weather is a bit dodgy?

having flames come out the rear is only good for people that ride your backside and lighting their front bar on fire lol as for not being able to get the black stuff off your car just use some polish and a bit of elbow grease

+1 on that terry also to clarify on the option of taking turbo's off because you are not able to drive, i know someone who did that cost them heaps of money, terrible reliability and had to change heaps of things, buy a cheap run around learn to drive save your money, and by the time you go to buy your gtr who knows probably gunna be cheaper that what they are now and you would have had 4 years to research and learn as much as you can about them on this forum

as i said i didnt want to imply anything but the way you worded it sounded like that lol, i too have been in the same situation where u dont have time to letit warm up, and like you it does run a little slugish, although i have a 300kw setup and a built motor so like dave said the oil needs to be in all the right places for everything to work and when you have a torque turbo like my tdo6 there is very little turbo lag and it is almost like fuel cut and doesnt spool boost over 3000 rpms til warm, so i can sympathise with you and sometimes you think there is something wrong with the car, possible soloution could be to get an engine start remote so you can turn it on from your bed or something lol

no offence here but why would you be wanting to drive your car hard right from turning the key without warming it up, next is depending on how much work you have done to the car with my experience stock cars generally dont have much of this happen but when you have bigger setups, ie upgraded turbos fuel lines clutches and what not they need to be warm to run smooth, just my two cents worth and prob has something to do with the colder weather coming in

the idle could be something to do with your i think its called the IAC motor i think thats what its called, solinoid up the back near your plenum could be dirty or have crap in it that affects the airflow, or the other thing to check would be your stock BOV could have a leak, when i installed an atmo bov on my old r32 i used to get a similar problem exactly like yours cause it didnt like the venting to atmo and rb20's are know for it.

i get all my work done by sasha at canak autosports at production place, as for other workshops, hitman is in borec rd, also craved coatings all your powder coating needs there too.

what alarm system have you got, i had something similar happen to mine the power for the alarm system shorted when iturned the car and the eletric motor in the doors for central locking seized, i have a mongoose m80 series, $50 for a new motor and all good might be the same for yours?

thanks for all the advice and comments, its seems that alot of you are reasonable blokes that give reasonable responses, and anyone else who has suffered the same fate as myself, and the fire engine incident, once i got it off my chest and had support for the forum (i am not the biggest socialite) lol it made me deal with the situation better. lesson learned! on with life and ejoying the fact again that i am once again privlided to be driving a skyline with so many great individuals, hope to see some of you on the next outing regards jeremy

i am in no way blaming others for my own mistakes, i take full resposibility for the actions that have occured, and if you read the post and not jumped to conclusions you would understand that also. all i wanted to do was warn other not to follow in the same actions that i have part taken as there are far worse consequences than just getting rid of the idiot egging you on. that is the only message i was trying to put across and i apologize if it seemed as though i was blaming someone.

hey guys, i own a orange r32 thats pretty bloody hard to miss, i also basically am the only one that i know of definately around my area let alone nsw, anyways getting to why i brought this thread up.. i like many skyline owners am a responsible driver that drives and does everything a responsible driver should, although i give it a hit on the freeway every now and then the other night after i finished work i was on my way home when a dickhead in p plates was tail gaiting me, i did the smart thing and slowed down and i even pulled over to the side of the road to let him go past only to have him go slow in front of me hit the breaks and try an coherse me into giving my car a hit. now i have a bit of work done to the car and it has a external wastegate with a screamer that also backfires flames thanks to launch control so you can imagine how loud it sounds. anyways i thought i have had enough of this shit and i pulled out from behind him and gave it a boot around a street and then turned down another so that i left him and he could not follow me then proceeded to go home as per usual nothing different. today while i was at work a guy came in and went off his rocker at me about how much a f**king tool i am and driving like an idiot i am gunna kill someone ect ect, of course this made me feel sick to my stomach and utterly embaressed, and i tried to explain the situation to him but all he gave me was your just like every other yound person who thinks they can do what they want, up until this stage i was being courtesy and apologizing for my actions but when he started stero typing me with all those hoon drivers ie holden commodore p platers ect i just got mad and told him where to go, low and behold i see him later on and what car is he driving? a holden gts R8 anyways enough about my rant basically all i am saying is its not worth it, my reputation ect got hindered because of some low life, in future i will pull over and jst let them keep driving, and i had to get if off my chest as it is eating me up inside jeremy
