  1. great advice GTST . Im going to give that a go to my car this long weekend.
  2. The last owner said it was running stock boost. 7psi i'll try and take better pictures. where should i take a picture of in the engine bay ? what does it mean by 5 stud conversion ?
  3. the engine says " RB20 and then the engine number i think " heres a dodgy pic of the engine bay Is rb20de really that bad with a turbo ? The last owner had it for longer than a year Im also interested in resetting the ECU. would that be a good idea?

I just purchased my r32 1989 with turbo The chassis is from a non-turbo skyline. the plate says RB20DE Im not sure whether it was a full RB20DET conversion or a RB20DE with a turbo upgrade Is there a big difference? Im not sure if i got ripped off Are the rb20de and rb20det parts compatible? Could someone please tell me a little bit more about the engines. And clues for me to look our for , so i can identify if the engine is full transplant or just a bolt on stock turbo Pics would be great. Cheers
  6. I was going through my engine today. I found a pipe without any hoses attached to it. Im not sure if it supose to have a hose or where it is connected to. someone please tell me where it connects to. pics would be help. as i am an amatuer heres a picture
  7. Hi. I'm a newbie that just bought a r32 gts-t. Running stock boost I think i have this problem with missfiring. But im not too sure. It happens when im in 1st gear and i put my foot down, the car would be pulling. And after certain revs . it feels like the car doesnt want to pull anymore. and just makes a hissing noise from the turbo. it feels like theres a limit of boost. This is when i would change gear. and sometimes depending how much accell i put. it mite do it again. or be smooth. I've noticed it happens sometimes when im too anxious on the pedal and changin gears fast. Usually happen near high revs. Could this be the same problem?

I'm Located in Melbourne I need some bits for my r32 gts-t that i just purchased * passenger side flip air vent. * stock gear knob ( good condition ) * Hand brake boot. * I'm not sure if this part exsist. rubber circle plug thing for the floor of the boot. I have a hole in my boot floor. where i can see the ground under the car. I need a pluggy thing to cover it. * Standard air filter box * Standard Exhaust system * Carpet Floor mats ( clean ) Help me out Please email me at [email protected] Thanks
