well I'm 100% sure it's not a coil pack... all I can think of is that plug on top of the dead cyclinder is not working...
for example if cyclinder one aint working because of the coilpack plug... and I took the plug out of the coilpack 2 and shove it in the coil pack 1 should it work? cause I've tried doin that and the cyclinder still not working... so now I'm really not sure what's wrong
hey I have a problem with my r32 gtst skyline... it's running on 5 cyclinders atm...
first I thought it was a coilpack that was stuffed but after changing it with another coilpack it didnt change anything. then I changed the spark plug but that didnt help either... the only thing I can think of now is the plug connected to the coilpack? could that be it? if so how do I change that plug?
any suggestion would be helpful
thanks
I've jsut changed my stock plumback in my gtst 32 to a turbosmart type 1 bov, and I seem to be getting more turbo lag for some reason any suggestion why?
And for the fuel filter there were two options
Used Japanese import - RB20DE,RB20DET,RB20E,RB20ET 6Cyl 2.0L EFI & Turbo (Some) 1985 - Z145A A360 Z201
Used Japanese import - RB20DE,RB20DET,RB20E 6Cyl 2.0L EFI & Turbo (Some) 1985 - Z145A A360 Z387
would anyone know which spark plugs I hsould use for my GTST r32 1992? The people at repco and supercheap didnt know because it's an import. A model number would be nice.
Also a model number for a fuel filter
thanks
What is the best bolt on turbo for a rb20det that will pull out the most HP?
Which would be the cheapest but still give reasonable amount of HP increase?
hey do you guys have a flare in your skyline? have anyone used it yet? what happen to it lol... like does it shoot up a light or does smoke just keep coming out of it hahah
I don't have a stock gauge... never came with it for some reason... all I have is a HKS boost gauge.. what I'm saying is when it hits about -0.5 bar I can HEAR the boost coming on...
I was just wondering how I would fix this problem? my boost comes on when I am still in vacuum as can be seen on the boost gauge when I'm driving. It hit boost at about -.5 bar.
It's a r32 gtst 92. I heard that all I need to do is change my bov and tighten the spring so it will hold boost in longer. Thanks
