  1. Dear admin I wonder if you can edit out or delete the post where I stupidly put in my mobile number and email in this thread? http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/325832-is-it-possible-to-sell-a-car-without-a-certificate-of-registration/#entry5316743 Thanks for your time.
  2. can mod please edit out my mobile number in the first post, than delete this thread thanks.
  3. if anyone is interested in this car, let me know. asking for $1000 call us on <removed> or email me at <removed>
  4. I went to RTA, they just gave this "reapplication for registration form", saying that I must get the owner to sign it but the things is that the owner is not in this country, he is not Australian citizen, doesn't have Australian license. I am just going to call one of those "unwanted car" ad
  5. the thing is that I came not able to contact this jerk since he went be to China a month ago, and he left me with his car. I just want to get rid of it. Do you think dealer will take it?
  6. he's not an Australian citizen and he went back to China and have no intention coming back. So it's impossible for him to go to the RTA.
  7. A friend of mine went back to China and left his car and key with me. He couldn't find the certificate of registration. Would it be possible for me sell it privately or to a dealer? it's a 91 model bluebird, i don't care how much i get as long as i can get rid of it. thanks
  8. sorry, can moderator move this thread to NSW section? really sorry about this
  9. my friend an overseas student, when back to China after studying, left me with his car without a certificate of registration, what is the best way for me get rid of his car? Will RTA accept buyer without the certificate?
  10. yes, but the thing is that I as disqualified from driving at all by the court, and RTA have nothing to do with it. I will not be breaking RTA's rule but I'll be break the court order. The magistrate was not very kind, and said something like sending me to jail if I get caught behind the wheel again, btw i am on good-behaviour bond and getting caught is not in my best interest.
  11. ok, i did something stupid last year and got my licenses disqualified by the court for two years, now I need to get my car registered because I want to get sell it since I can't driver it for another 1.5 years, in order to do so I need to a blue slip from an inspection station, because no body in my family drives a manual, I need a someone who can drive a manual car. I don't want my friends to drive coz I don't want them to know that I have been disqualified.. location: from my home in Merrylands to an AUVIS in Guiltford. And back approximately 5mins each way. the car is a 08 suzuki swift, out of rego for more than 3 months now. I prefer you to hold a full manual license, but Ps are fine as long as you are a SAFE driver. will pay you $40 each way, or $80 both ways. call me (Edit by mods: number deleted as per request of OP) if you think you have sometime you can spare. thanks
  12. dude, i was going to buy yours, i am that asian dude, i thought you were going to call me back man, then i read ur post saying it's sold, i was heartbroke man, if i knew you were going to sell it to some other guy, i would have offered 15500,
  13. KV2: you go find me one in excellent condition (2 door, manual, non turbo, R34, under 80,000km, no accidents, dints or dents, scratches etc) for under 15 000 and i'll give you $1000
  14. you gonna have to drop the price abit further since there are holes on the car now.
