Now i dont know ca18's but have you change the radiator and does it have a Pressurised cap.. Alot of people notice there coolant bubbling around when they shut the car off due to the pressure from the radiator pressing down.. and also the coolant bottle having a pressured cap pressing down also.. Symptoms of a headgasket are milky coolant.

Mate i think its time you called up somebody who does Heads & Blocks, cause your now going into never never land. Contact flowcraft on 9361 2345, You cant just remove the old pistons and go in with the new.. You may want to Oring, Port and Polish, Shot peen, Put in a Stage 2 or 3 cam, heaps of things can be done to archive a proper rebuild in the end for a guesstimate your looking at $5000.

Hi Looking to upgrade my brake's nothing too drastic, but looking at Slotted rotor's.. Since my stockys are on there way out to there wear and tear death bed, and are already on the limiter's Ive seen the DBA's but ive heard that people have cracked them on this forum freind has them and only cracked the golds and not the other type, So im iffy about it.. Just after an upgrade that is better then stock, Rotor's & Pads... Anybody have any favourite of brand's that arent to pricey ps. If anybody has any stores/sites that i can contact with buying brakes that would be awesome

Hey, Seem to have a problem with my car and it liking to stall, heres a bit of info on it might make it easier to diagnose.. It will stall at 100km+, Also stalls going around roundabouts slowly and studders also just cruising streets . Now the car has been tuned(stock ecu remaped) by DrDrift(175rwkw) and has had a new Bosch fuel pump put in also an rb25 afm(both installed at the time of Tune by DrDrift) Problems have occured after getting the ecu remaped, which has really annoyed me as i want from a Super-Reliable car i took to the snow with to now a car that barely drives Got told that it could be the pod-filter leaning back and kinking the intake-pipe so i created a brace to hold it up.. Still no go(actually stalled more often trust my luck) Eager to actually be able to DRIVE(slide too ) getting on my nerves that its in and out of workshops..

DrDrift(tuner in melbourne) took the pump out showed me the tank and you could see the walls were lined with dirt, Then when you would rub the filter of the Fuel pump it was just brown muck.. When driving the car it was spluttering like hell barely sucking any petrol. Id rather pay somebody to do it with chemical's, If anybody from melb knows places to get the tank removed thatd be awesome Thanks for the help 97r33gtst-typeM

Hey guys.. Ive got a few problems occuring from what my tuner has said, a Dirty Petrol tank.. Which is causing my 2week old bosch040 fuel pump to clog up. Ive been told it will cost $100 to Actually clean the tank itself.. Now all i need is a way to get the tank Out/In of the car. If anybody knows ways of cleaning it.. Or possibly ways of removing the tank, Or can direct me to a Reputable Mechanic in Melbourne, that does removal of tanks or both jobs at once. That would be greatly appreciated.

Ive looked all over the forum and many others.. So i thought id ask you guys.. Im installing a fmic on my 32 this weekend, Im just wondering if anybody has any steps to go by.. Ive had a look without removing my front bar.. And it seems like im going to need to Relocate the horn.. And that i mite need to cut my bar a bit from the inside... Will i need to cut holes to allow the bigger Pipes to go thru.. Ive bought a Piping Kit. Is there anything else i should prepare myself for, or have read.. ei. Drills/Grinders etc..
