i got series 1 too but i fill up when i got a quarter left... most cars allow you to travel between 3-10km's once the light has apeared, duno bout skylines tho

ur absolutely right, its next to the battery in the boot, will take it out 2 suss out 2nite

hi all, this morning i had half a tank left and then noticed it was on full later on, gauge wont move and its stuck on full, can any1 help me, or give direction as to whats stuffed, loose, etc. btw its a r33 gts-t, thanks

white smoke CAN mean a crack in the head gasket, from previous experience(not in skyline tho)... as for the flames, could be coz ur cat's been gutted, pull it out and hav a suss if u got time

hi all, got a K&N pod for sale. was on a r33. has a large 5inch neck on it (im pretty sure its 5inch), selling it due to upgrade. is used and the wire mesh is worn/broken slightly in a couple of places but material is stil good, and looking at it from the inside out seems good. Pod will be cleaned and oiled with the K&N filter cleaner kit before sold, and comes with and adaptor and large hose clamp to bolt straight onto a skyline AFM Price: $20 FIRM can pickup or post, located in geelong

OIL IN THE INTAKE PIPES, i'd rather pay $30 and know i dont have to rip of my front bar, take off most the pipes and clean them out, in case i did get blow-by they cant say much, one with a small filter on top of it is a mod to engine emissions but ones without it are fine and nothings vented to atmosphere my car did blow oil throught the intake coz the f**kwit i bought it off put 3.8lt's of oil extra when he serviced it. My mechanic (brother) told me this was the problem and that it wasnt blow-by, once he serviced it, the oil neva went thru again, nor did my can eva fill up put it this way, if u get a can and u know no oils going in there its all good, wen u do get oil u mite b in trouble, least the can saves you from more cleaning worries

i live in geelong, cops aint as smart as melbourne 1's, most of em would think skylines had v8's in them, plus u can just about roll them on other mods.

im in vic, its just 1 less thing they can pick on, coz wen its black it will look stock, only cost me $5 to make, hope this gives u some idea with ur'z...

got mine done last night, i think its 2 or 3mm thick pvc plastic sheet, used a heat gun to do the bends and plastic welded 1 corner. also put a pipe from a vent in my 400R front bar into the box for cold air, still gota paint it place so it looks legit(less hastles from cops), heres a pic i took off my fone, hope it helps

i will be making my own custom box 2nite, i'll post pics in the next day or 2, im using plastic so it looks legit/neat rather than sheet metal
