  1. Although my vehicle is a 180SX, i use Skyline steering rack and piping as i run an RB25, I have a similar problem with mine but i have a solution. My problem is the same as yours. My rack is from a 4 wheel steer model, the system runs a "booster" solinoid for when the engine is running at low rpm i.e parking. to assist with the low system pressure. I performed a check of my system and my car doesn't run the solinoid "booster". The fix in my case is to use a rack from an S13. Not sure if your rear steer has been disabled, or removed altogether, but this may help you narrow it down. Hope it helps
  2. Yes........yes it is
  3. Ok, its been a few months, what were the results of the RB20 inlet plenums. Can we hjave a look inside and what were the results of the dyno run on your car?? Cheers
  4. Hi Caz, I have an 180SX running R32 GTS-T 4 pot calipers 5 stud conversion and the standard 280mm rotor. I would like to updrade to the 324mm rotor of the GTR with the DBA500 slotted rotor. For those that may be interested, I spoke to DBA disrtibutor here in QLD yesterday and the 5000 with alloy hats doesn't come in 280mm rotor- starts at funnily enough with the GTR 324mm rotor....so I'd like to purchase the caliper adapter kit so i can run the 324mm GTR sized rotors Please PM me your details so i can direct deposit. regards Simon
  5. As reported elsewhere in this forum, the Kilcoy track is no more. The landowner has apparently pulled out of the deal, so the track isn't going ahead
  6. Dude, if you don't want one don't buy one. Whinging isn't going to impress anyone and Mark certainly doesn't car.ha ha ha ha ha :laughing-smiley-014: Power to the consumer???? Yes you have, so use it and don't his product Mine works really well......had to wait over 3 weeks for it but so what- thanks Mark
  7. yer, you're right- lets throw money at you for an item you couldn't be bothered to describe or take photo's of so the buyers could determine the condition of it Good luck to the guy that bought it
  8. Yes running mild Tomei Poncams, 256 8.5mm Actually my power curve it still rising at 8000, do I"d say it's pretty well matched
  9. Hi i can't find it on ebay. What price do you want for it? It may suit my needs Cheers Simon
  10. Where are you located, do you still have the gearbox?
  11. Hi, Do you still have the RB30block? What does it come with Sump crank rods pistons? Let me know Cheers
  12. I disagree. I am running a HKS 3037S with a 0.74 housing on an RB25. Its producing boost in the mid 2XXX rpm band and achives 21 at 3700rpm. Light swicth no, but it does pull like a demon and as always, it's also controlled by your right foot
  13. Can't answer your questions on the 2835. I have an RB25 with a HKS 3037S and 0.74 rear housing. I chose the rear housing for repsonse on the track. Reaches full boost(21psi) by 3700RPM and holds it to 8000. Very happy with the response and pwer. Torqe curve is flat from 3700-7300 and trails off ever so slightly to 8000. So from that I am guessing its matched pretty well spot-on. That said top end hp is down on what the 0.87 would provide, but I'm not after a dyno queen. Its great for the street and just awesome on the track. So depends on what you want to achive. I am guessing, but would expect the 2835 to have lower top end, but better response, may make 300 but probalby be pushing 1.5+ bar. For a standard RB25, don't expect it to live for very long with that boost. You haven't told us what the specs of the GT30 are?
  14. Received mine today by express post. Thanks Mark
  15. Hi Is this car still available?

  17. Hi Rev, I didn't receive a reply, please PM me Cheers Simon
  18. Hi Email sent
  19. Looks good, nice solid power for such an aged car. Ring Lumpy and ask him if he'll print you one with the AFR on it. Should still be in the computer. You won't get a torque graph. Well you can but it won't be accurate, once you start running it through gearbox/diff etc the figures of the reading will mean nothing. all it will do is give you an idea where it's strong and where it isn't. Remember, to get an ACCURATE torque figure you need and engine dyno, once the gearbox diff/tyres come into the equation all it will give you is an ESTIMTAE of tractive effort. Hope I've explained that clearly?
  20. Mark, Sorry to hear she hasn't been sold. I thought it'd be gone long ago....if only Mercury could tune Autronic!! What spares are left? I"ll be at QR this Saturday for the afternoon sprints..you coming out?
  21. Slapper, Are these still available??? If so, I'll take them Please advise regards Simon
  22. I see. I hate seeing this written on these forums but, Wish someone would buy my Sil80, I'd snap yours up instantly. Guys this is unbeatble value for this GTR and the extra's it comes with. If you have trouble moving it mark, I may be able to purchase it towards the end of April. But this time-frame may be unsuitable for you and I'm sure it'll be sold well before then
