Just make sure the rest of the car is clean, i got a cop shop defect in my old ford for tyres then at the copshop i nerly got sent to the pits for being to low

If you are after a full respray its gana cost you around 8-10k. If you take out the motor and interrior and prep that in 2pac primer it will be around 5k. If your good with a spray gun i would paint the engine bay,cabin and door jams in the colour you want and that will be around 2-3k to finish the job. If your good with body work i would take it further and prep the outside in 2pac primer and that will be around 1k to paint the outside. with interiour work you can get a simple door trim done for around $80 and seats re-trimed for around $500 or you can go with vht interior paint for around $15 a can and it works pretty good if you prep it right and dont rush. with doing all this your self you wont just save money you'll have more pride in your car If you do go with lime green make sure you have a kit,right offset rims(not chrome) and jap lights frount and rear or it will look poxy but thats me and this is not my car so mod her the way you want

Iv got a stock gtr intecooler that has corrosion eating at the core that needs a cut and shut job on the fins(core) Im fitting it to my r31 so im looking at resizing it as well, but im not sure if this will create flow problems? Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers Dave

Iv got stock coilpacks atm but will be getting aftermaket ones soon. Iv got a custom vented coilpack cover for my 33 but this is for my r31det-r so im trying to keep cost down.

Im looking for pic's of coilpack covers that ppl have vented them self for ideas, i was thinking of drilling 2 rows 12mm holes down the hole cover but not sure. Cheers Dave

Im about to paint some engine parts using vht engine enamel in gloss black. The back of the can recommends to use a vht engine enamal primer (SP-148) but sprints,motor mate and repco all VHT suppliers dont stock the primer and say its usless, so will it be safe to use without primer??? Cheers Dave

Love the commy Im im normally a ford boy but i picked up a white vs v6 last week with commy 17s and thoses poxie clear and black tail lights, just about to put all my audio gear in from my old ford and a new sony in dash dvd with 2x 12inch pioneer subs then il be looking at droping the 5ltr in when i find a cheap motor Im also looking for a clubsport body kit with wing if anyone can help me out. Iv also got a old excel as well thats awaiting a rally bash then a bomb fire lol
