Nismo Extended Wheel Studs (60mm)
Ashman replied to Ashman's topic in For Sale (Private Car Parts and Accessories)
SOLD -
Nismo Extended Wheel studs. (Part Number 40222-RS025) Length = 60mm . These are the longest Nismo studs available. To suit R32, R33, R34 rear hubs only (fronts use a different diameter stud) I bought these of Yahoo Japan to use with spacers but have since changed wheels and no longer require the spacers, thus the studs are up for sale. They appear to have been sitting around for a while (the plastic case is aged and cracked) but not that that matters. 2 of the studs have been used previously, although the guy said they weren’t used for very long – hence they are discoloured from use but are not damaged in any way (threads are perfect). The other 8 remain in brand new condition. Asking $80 + postage, or you can pickup from the Northside of Brisbane. Please contact via PM.

Guitars X 2, Marshall Amplifier, Gps Equipped Pda
Ashman replied to Ashman's topic in For Sale (Other Items)
Price Drops: GPS: $280 (firm) Tanglewood $400 (firm) Amp $400 (firm) -
Item:HP IPAQ HX2100 - 312MHZ processor - 128MB onboard memory - 64K Colour screen - Windows Mobile 5.0 2003 SE - Dual CF and SD slots (rare for a PDA to have both) - Bluetooth - Infrared port Globalsat CF GPS card (SIRFSTAR III chipset) Cold satellite aquisition is around 20 seconds, hot acquisition is virtually instant. Usually holds a lock on between 5 and 7 satellites at all times. Toshiba 256 MB SD memory card In-car PDA cradle with built in speaker and charger Age: Approx 1.5yrs Condition:Everything is in perfect working order and immaculate condition. The PDA still has the factory screen protector on it (so the scratches in the pics are the screen protector not the screen!!!!) Price:$300 Location: Brisbane (northside) Contact: Via PM Comments:PDA comes with PC USB docking cradle, wall charger (use with cradle), and all factory packaging and documentation. I bought this all separately and set it up as a GPS navigation unit. And it works perfectly as a GPS system. The cradle has a built in amplifier and speaker for amplifying voice navigation instructions and a charger for charging the PDA. The dual slots make it ideal for GPS, the CF slot is used for the GPS card and the SD slot is used for a memory card that holds the GPS software and maps. Currently it has TomTom Mobile 6 installed with Australian maps (full turn by turn voice directions and auto route re-calculation). It will come with this pre-installed on the SD card and ready to go. You can use other mapping programs if you wish. Its effectively a TomTom GPS unit but with the bonus of full PDA functionality (email and internet via bluetooth, organiser, word processor, etc.) I'm only selling due to my parents buying a dedicated GPS unit for the family to share. The only thing to note is I have lost the CD that had Microsoft Activsync on it (this program is installed on your PC/Laptop so it recognises the docking cradle). However this is freely downloadable from the Microsoft website, and I’ll probably even put a copy of it on a CD with the Tomtom software anyway. Pickup from the Northside of Brisbane, or postage can be arranged will probably be expensive due to the large boxes. ...................................................... How much for the turbotech on its own??? -
Ive recently bought one of these same guages (but oil pressure) off ebay (private seller, not a business). Now im trying to find the exact same guage but in water temp (see pic). I can't find one anywhere. Does anyone know where i can get one?? It must be the same as the one in the pic with the led display (i dont want one of those needle style ones). cheers

Note quite, the 5th in a ca box is 0.838, 5th in an sr/rb is 0.759. diff is currently a 4.1:1 from an sr20 silvia. I wanna drop highway revs down. And the ca seems to have a 2 piece bell and extension, whereas an rb has a 1 piece but it looks like they can be swapped.
-
should be stamped on the bell housing if im not mistaken.
-
Can anyone read the model numbers off and rb20 gearbox for me?????
-
thats was the first place i looked.
-
As per title (i want the badge/sticker only not the whole knob!), any sponsors sell them seperately??
-
Anyone else have some thoughts on these questions?????

No pics unfortunately, my box is still in the car. My extensive research says: Ca18 5spd: 1) 3.321 2) 1.902 3) 1.308 4) 1 5) 0.838 Sr20 5spd (supposedly same ratios as rb20) 1- 3.321 2- 1.902 3- 1.308 4- 1 5- 0.759 now before u all say only 5th gear is differnet why even bother swapping boxes and all that sh#t. The reason for the swap is to drop highway revs. I have completely exhausted the changing diff ratio avenue, and the only option left is the box swap. currently does 3700rpm @ 110km/h with the ca18 box. Now i know someone will say well y not use the sr box if the rb and sr have the same gearing and the sr is confirmed to bolt up. Well that is certainly an option that i am considering but i am looking at the rb side of things purely for the cost side of things (sr boxes r around $650 +).
-
im thinking maybe the 20mm (if there is actually 20mm difference) may actually be in the two different bellhousings, not the box itself, ie: the ca bell may be 20mm longer than the r32 bell and people are measuring overall lengths of the two boxes and coming up as 20mm difference. If this is the case there shouldnt be a prob cause im gonna put the ca bell on the rb thus removing the 20mm problem.

Greetings dudes, Ive just swung over from nissansilvia.com (cause i drive a silvia). Now im looking at putting an Rb20det gearbox into my s13, I dont expect any of you to know anything about this conversion, but what i want to know from u guys is the following: 1) What are the gear ratios of the r32 gts/gtst 5spd?? I have found the following, can someone please confirm, 1- 3.321 2- 1.902 3- 1.308 4- 1 5- 0.759 2) What is the gearbox model, the s13 box is FS5W71C, and i have been told that the r32 rwd box is also FS5W71C (the 4wd box is FS5R30A), Is this correct? 3) Now i have also been told that the s13 Ca, s13 Sr and R32 Rb boxes are identical except for the bellhousings (and the bellhousings are interchangable (this has been confirmed for the Ca and Sr boxes!)) But i have also been told that the R32 box is 20mm shorter than the other 2 thus the tailshaft needs lengthening and the shifter needs modding. Is anyone able to measure up a box for me? I need to know overall length from bellhousing to output, length from where the bellhousing bolts onto the box, to output. And if possible the distances between the holes that bolt said bellhousing to said gearbox. 4) Whats an acceptable price to pay for an Rb20det 5spd????? Any help will be greatly appreciated (Plus asking these kind of questions in the silvia forum didnt yield too many answers so i hope u guys can help!)
