Hi i know this has been discussed quite alot but i want more negative camber on my R32 gts-t that i use for drifting I know i could fit S14 lower arms but i want fine adjustment cos at the moment the cambers are 1.3deg and 1.6deg want ti get them to around 3deg each Cant really afford the $500+ good brand arm though Everyone says dont get the cheap ebay ones cos the bearings will stuffed in 2 track days Then i saw these Hardrace arms http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Hardrace-R32-GTR-Z32-300ZX-Front-Camber-Kit-Spherical-bearing-race-drift-JDM-/370764224146 The description says something about reinforced rubber bushes but also sonething about spherical bearing hmmm kind of confusing, but what i was thinking is if the ebay arms dont have bearing but rubber bushes instead then they might last a bit better ??? Then found these ones http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/200899226584?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 These ones say they have high quality urethane bushes so maybe will last ??? They also have a three year warranty so couldnt be that bad could they ??? Any other ideas what arms i should get would be appriciated Thanks

Cr@zY FreD replied to Cr@zY FreD's topic in Drivetrain and transmission
Ok, i was yhinking of a Borgwarner gearbox Nissan box maybe dont have this Thanks for reply -
Hi Have noticed my R33 box is leaking at the rear where the tailshaft connects I have a year old reciept for the seal being changed Then i remembered gearboxes have a bush that the tailshaft sits in, and if they are warn out a new seal will flog out in no time. All i can find about this bush is that Nissan dont sell then they only sell a complete rear extension housing What has anyone done when they need to replace this bush? Thanks

Rb20 Constantly Fouling #6 Spark Plug ?
Cr@zY FreD replied to Cr@zY FreD's topic in Forced Induction Performance
ECU is a nistune yeah will try unpluging an injector have just come to conclusion my engine is most probalby knackered and ill just keep replacing the #6 plug when it fouls, which take longer with 5 heat range -

Rb20 Constantly Fouling #6 Spark Plug ?
Cr@zY FreD replied to Cr@zY FreD's topic in Forced Induction Performance
yeah had that done marked #6 injector and it was tested first and tested fine, two others ended up being leaky so two s/h replacements and cleaning and flowing cost me $260 to not fix the problem :-( -
Rb20 Constantly Fouling #6 Spark Plug ?
Cr@zY FreD replied to Cr@zY FreD's topic in Forced Induction Performance
I did the leakdown test and my analysis in i think my engine i trucked Yeah replaced all spark plugs with 5 heat range as overtightened thermostat housing and broke it so cant drive car till i get a new one :-( Thanks for your help -
Rb20 Constantly Fouling #6 Spark Plug ?
Cr@zY FreD replied to Cr@zY FreD's topic in Forced Induction Performance
The BCPR6ES's i had in there foul pretty quickly, tried a BCPR7ES that i had hanging around and that fouled just driving down the street. As hotter plugs are not as prone to fouling i thought id try some 5 heat range plugs which would not foul as quickly but im sure will eventualy foul. Pretty sure it is not the heat range of the plugs which is causing the fouling The coil pack harness was replaced with a good cond s/h one, have tested the continuity of the ignitor but yeah ill test voltages running to the coils Had another thought, the engine may have blown a headgasket then been chemiwelded, the chemiweld has sealed the water passages up so no oil or exhaust charge is getting into them but oil is getting into cylinder #6 which is causing the fouling. But i thought the leakdown test would have shown this??? -

Just check fault codes and theres none, flashes 55 -
Rb20 Constantly Fouling #6 Spark Plug ?
Cr@zY FreD replied to Cr@zY FreD's topic in Forced Induction Performance
Tried another igniter module and it was still misfiring, although plug was fouled by then Didnt test amy other cylinder with leakdown test, came with BCPR6ES gonna get some 5's tomorrow but all that will do is prolong the fouling Dont think there is a misfire before the plug has fouled, the car idles sweet and revs clean all the way to 7000rpm untill #6 fouls Thanks for ideas everyone -

160 compression is ok i thought ? isnt new like 180 max, and nah didnt banana has been tuned a year ago and runs well with new spark plug until it fouls -
Hi I have just brought an R32 gts-t with RB20det After a while it developed a misfire, i pulled the plugs and noticed #6 was totally black while the others where white/grey like they should be So i did the following things - Test coil packs and swap them around - Replace coil pack loom - Compression test 158-163 across all cylinder s - replace spark plugs ....but it continued to foul #6 after a while, people would look at the fouled plug and tell me its fouled by fuel so then i - had injector cleaned and flow tested (thinking injector #6 was dribbling, it tested fine) - leak down test on #6 cylinder which got 85% ....but it still fouls continually #6, runs better with nice clean injectors but still fouls #6 and develops a misfire ? when i come back from a drive remove #6 plug to check it i look down the spark plug hole and the piston looks very wet Anyone have any ideas ??? Maybe an ECU fault ?
