  2. hi i hav a skyline r33 gtst auto, my mods are turboback exhaust, greddy fmic, blitz podfilter, greddy emanage, and dual stage boost controller, i recently put the e-manage in n got it tuned with new spark plugs. it dynoed at 194 kilwatts at 14psi, but as u can c in da readout ders a massive power loss, and den it shoots back up, my mechanic said ur cam timing is mostly likely out, i just wanted to know that when the cam timing is fixed if that is the problem, if i will gain more kilawatts, and secondly with the mods i have, is the kilwatts matching the mods i have?
  3. las nyt i drove my car, n i relised that when i floord it, the boost was fine it was goin at 14 no trbbl, however i was lookin at my revs and it was struggling at 4-5rpm, so i put da power button down, and everythign was fine, however at 5.5g it was having trbble gettin past that, so im thinking it looks lyk a possible rev cut, it doesnt happen all the time, jus sumtyms, lyk 1 day ill put it down all da way and everythign is sweet, and den later ill do the same thing and itll struggle at different RPM Points, btw i dnt always drive at 14psi, only if i drag or sumthing, other than that my boost doesnt go much over 8-9psi.

  8. hey dude, i just did an emissions test for epa, i failed it, i had a turboback exhuast system, even with the silcencer i failed it cause dey wanted me to weld it on, but if u weld it u loose power, so what i did was i changed the muffler and flange not exactly sure what the mechanic did but the made it quieter, but ive lost power, but when i pass the test ill put my old exhaust back on, and i had a blow off valve n i failed that as well, just put ur old 1 back on if u hav it, i think its gota be plumback, i have a pod filter that was fine, they dont look in to mods or anything, just anythign that causes pollution
  9. [Hay guys, dam this hot weather, So dam hot it's not funny. Anyway i have not been able to get higher then 12 psi on my stock turbo. Is this a heat issue? I have a FMIC, but 35 deg plus is ttoooo hot. I readjusted the boost controller, but no good, can't get higher. Is this a common problem. I have had no issues when cold, but today is the first hot day and hence my question. reply hey mate ive noticed in hot weather my car's turbo doesnt as well, but i think its because my pod filter is closed up, so i think the added heat makes it a problem, if u hav a pod try n get a heat shield that should fix the problem
