Hey am installing a cat back on my r32 easy enough job in know but when i jacked up the car i found that the cat bolts are rusted tight and wont undo. for those of you who have done this before you would know that the bolts are actually part of the cat and aren't just replaceable ones. just wondering if is it alright just to snap off the nuts drill out the old thread and put in new bolts?
Cheers

cut a big section out of your reo, i put an r32 kit on my ceffy and there was no way i could get it behind the reo unless i took out the air con(which is no gone anyway)plus the piping wont line up.
just get a brand new one from justjap $385 delievered anywhere in oz.
okay i might do that will just sell the other front mount and get the just jap one

Hey guys im new to SAU and was wondering if i could get some help.
I recently bought a FMIC from a friend, he had it custom made for his 180sx, its 600x300x75. i got it pretty cheap and thought that all i would have to do is buy a piping kit and install it. Knowing that it would take a few days to install i started it last night to find out that i cant fit it behind the reinforcement bar, also i have a type-m r32 with the front aero kit and the cooler wont fit between the motors that lower the spoiler. is there anyone who has encountered the same problems, any help would be greatly appreciated.

yeah okay i went into my mates work to do it he works at centre ford in the city so we had it up on the hoist and all the air tools it only took us about 3 hours to install the cooler but another hour to cut the front bar and refit it did a good job though i think
