  6. I am currently looking for a tidy r33 4 door myself, and i recently saw this driving on Grange rd whilst going to look at a r33 coupe, and i was like damn i wish i was going to look at that instead. Very tidy rig. drift pipes look tough as. Keep up the good work man. 206kw on 10psi is sweet also.
  7. ^^Pimpin^^. If i didn't want to buy another skyline this would definitely be an interest. Gl with the sale, Vw's are all class, been in my uncles 07 GTI golf turbo, soo nice.
  8. sweet car, seen it around the r31 skyline club forums a bit. Looove the SSR mkIIs on it, tough old school jap flavour. i'm selling up my r31 coupe as well, time to upgrabe to sumthin newer. Good luck with the sale mate.
  9. I'm fairly biased and like drift style low offsets, i think those wheels come in +25... that would be hot, just sit out the guards a little. or even +25 at the rear and +30 at the front. Or something like that. +35 or +38 is fairly standard would sit in the guards about the same as standard gtt wheels. Hope that helps a little.
  10. Cheers for the help guys, i was thinking that they may be too low offset. I'm not really interested in putting wider guards etc. on the car, flared rear is a possibility, but yeh not a fan of the flared/vented guards unless i found some GTR guards.. mmm. I think i'll just give the wheels a miss, too much hassle. I'll still look for a tough offset wheel though maybe more around +26ish or some +30 gtr 33 or 34 wheels.
  11. Hey guys, was looking at a set of volk ce28n wheels, 17x10 with a +15 offset (with 235/45 fronts and 265/40 rears) is that too crazy to run on a R33 gts-t, as they are more suited to a GTR? I realise they would sit out the guards to a degree, but too much? I am going for a tough wide/low offset style but not sure on what work would need to be done to fit them. I am prepared to do some work eg. rolling guards/ modifying guard liners etc. and also camber/ castor settings to get them to fit. Does anybody have any pictures of a R33 Gts-t with these or similar wheel specs, if so please post, and if possible the castor/ camber/ guardwork settings needed. Any help and/ or pictures aprreciated. Cheers.
  12. Hi, i havent actually got an R33 yet, but have found a Genuine R33 Gtr front bar AND grille that i would want to fit when i purchase one (as soon as i sell my r31 coupe), what series skyline do they fit? S1/s1.5 or s2? Eg. if it doesn't fit s2 will i need to change bumper/lights. I have seen one fitted to an s1 with the grille and bar, and i have seen just the bar fitted to an s2, will the grille fit? I realise that they are wider than a standard bar and have to be manouvered on anyways, but yeh any help would be appreciated. Cheers
  13. spewing. was keen enough for a road trip to buy this. left it too late. oh well, will keep looking for another manual one *wish me luck*
  14. do you have the rear 5 stud floating hubs/ knuckles, possibly brakes also.
  15. Nice work man. havent seen the car in a while, looks hot with the coils n 33 gtr wheels. Love it
  16. can fronts be redrilled 4x 114.3 the same as the rears? If so, pretty keen
  17. saw this at ttp at 4 in the morning last night coming home from work, very very tidy looking car, pics dont do it justice.
  18. [QUO]its a straight fit with some minor modifications (well it is when changing from 4dr lights to 2dr lights) from 4dr to 2dr you will need: 2dr bootlid rear bar both taillights to make the taillights fit, you gotta cut away abit of the metal where it slots in to make it sit neatly, at the bottom of the boot, you will need to weld a 5mm metal strip on to make the gap as small as possible like as if it was an original 2dr rear. you can get away without welding the metal strip on but the gap from the rear boot > rear bar (above where it says skyline) will be like 2cm or a bit more. i assume it would be the same when going from 2dr lights to 4dr except for the welding of the metal strip and cutting away some metal to fit the taillights. if anyone wants to do it, im willing to be up for a swap (ive got a 4dr) preferbly a silver skyline i like the 2dr lights better, much more agressive and sexy looking[QUO/] have you found a thread, going through this in more depth or have you done it yourself? because i agree with you on the 2 door lights looking tougher and much sexier and i have been looking for a decent thread or some kind of write-up about how to convert to the 2 door lights on a 4 door. like this Only decent pic i could find, was from driftfest.
