  4. G`DAY LAD`S LASS`ES,I have been looking at having some pad`s for series2 made,As front pad`s are very hard to get + cost is a joke.So who would be interested in FRONT PAD`s for STANDARD FRONT BRAKE`S,Please post up IF you have series 2 stagea & are looking at pad`s soon, with in next 2 week`s i will know what the total cost will be.They are rebond`s i have been running them for 10 month`s & iam very happy with everything. As this is about getting pad`s at a good price & not GETTING RIPPED OFF.so please give me some info with these,as it seem`s that we will have to pay high price`s regardless, cheer`s chuckie post-36964-1200820129_thumb.jpgpost-36964-1200820161_thumb.jpg

  10. height at moment is at 350-355mm as per SK recommendations, its been bugging for years why its so damn stiff and rigid and i just checked the group buy thread a while ago and noticed i put in the stock bumpstops without trimming them and also put in the bumpstops sk supplied with my kit so in actual fact i got like an extra 40-50mm of bumpstop that aint supposed to be there lol, what an idiot i am, when i had it lowered to 330mm or so it was absolutely shocking, bouncy as shit, because it was on the bumpstops.

Hey Brad have very very good friend in game that has done my rears . Height adjustable and has various spring configurations . To suit height , spring rate , coil size , rebound etc. Will send you PM with number if you would like let me know .

  11. Series II Fog Lamp Bulb = H3 55W

They have an inner lense which is yellow

One of mine was already broken so I

broke the other one out. Because it's a

sealed unit you need to break the yellow

inner lense into small enough pieces to

fit them thru the globe oriface.

    Viola! White 'fog lamps'.

Another place to look its a NZ site. ltc-powerpro exhaust store

  15. what city are u in mate?

sounds like u are in perth by lookin at your old posts. I will possibly have a set of front s1 headlights, gaurds and a slightly chopped front bar (looks fine just chopped behind to fit my 140mm thick intercooler) and also a nismo front bar thats never been fitted, and also some nismo sideskirts. I might sell the strut brace too if i get another aftermarket one.

send me a pm and let me know how much u are willing to pay for the parts and ill see if i wanna sell them >_< I wont have them available for 2 months roughly, until i sort out my r34 front.

    Thanks Brad

PM sent just let me know when you can . The whole front would be nice. With both guards now please.

  16. Well didn't beat him.

Once I had worked out how better to get off the line things went a little better for me. But on standard boost the stag was a bit difficult to get it off the line quickly. If I could get it to staging first get time to build boost it would do a 15 flat or even go high 14's with a more experienced driver. Pete and myself were neck and neck till the stag changed to 3, wear Pete would surge a little in front. Interesting fact though Pete was always just that little bit quicker going through all the markers except the last one. Top speed at the end 146km/h for the stag and same for the comm, go figure?Best time stag 15.4 best time comm 14.8.The larger wheels should have made no difference as they have very close to the same rolling diameter to standard. Standard is 18" 225/55 Whats on there is 20" 225/35. Only a poofteenth in it and not worth mentioning. I tried many ways of getting up the track quickly. Doing a manual shift auto shift short shift and just reving the shit out of it before changing. The best way for me was to not quite hit the floor with the gas pedal and let it do its own thing in the gear changing department. As I said before being my first time to drive a car down the strip. I recon a better driver would get a 15 flat easily and possibly sneak it into the high 14's.But in my humble opinion "I NEED MORE BOOST"I will take it back to the track I hope before the track closes for winter, if I can manage to get some tuning done. Maybe bigger turbo injectors piggyback and better get some info on the box, see what can be done there to make it handle a few extra ponies. When the car is finished ( in the next 15 years or so LOL ) I would like 300 - 350kw at the wheels.I know I need to talk to lots of professionals get lots of opinions to achieve the best way of doing this. But not in a hurry, plenty of time to do it.That and a shot of Nos it might take a couple of seconds off that time.

Cmon girls & boys dont get down coz a slurrydore

beat one stag lets us all get down & show them how

    its done !

  17. Typical Nissan, the Stagea S2 front brake pad is the same as Infinity M35, M45 and Q45. The MFSI number is 7766 D888. They are very popular models in the US, so any decent US brake web site should be able to supply them for you. While I was doing the race team cars orders for next year, I just ordered some Hawk HPS compound pads for our S1, they were under $US300 for the full set, delivered. I can't see the S2 pads being much different in price.

I was going to check out the interest on a Group Buy, after I have tested the HPS's for a month or so. I was thinking Hawk pads and DBA 4000 series rotors (machined to the correct sizes of course). Thoughts?

    Cheers

    Gary

yeah great but if there is anybody in perth who would like to get there pads rebonded i can give you pads that will do the job ample while this job is done approx $150 good luck !

  18. Hey All,

Been doing a bit more looking on Series 2 brake pads.

It looks like the following may fit, very close.

    Pete

    Front

    -Ferodo DB1232 & DB1308

    -Bendix DB1232 & DB1308

    -AC Delco ACD 1232 & ACD1308

    Rear

    -Ferodo DB1247

    -Bendix DB1247

    -AC Delco ACD1247

I can tell you the brake pads you need for the rear of an s2 is DB1399 INFINITI US delivery only the only mod you have to do to these pads is grind off tags on back of pad or you can not fit shims back on . P ERTH brake parts have a set in stock now !
