i also have this issue mate, when its fairly hot my clutch starts too slightly slip, and the release point is way out....

i just got 20in, 10 inch rears and 9 inch fronts. they look good, but if i could do it all again i would go 18 simply for the practicality. 20 inch is something different but be prepared for guard work if your wanting wide wheels..

i have owned the car for a year and a half had 115,000 when first purchased, never once broken down, starts first time, motor in excellent condition dosnt blow any smoke wat so ever, reguarly serviced.

mate i just had the rear half and roof of mine redone black, it cost me $2600, thats for a top quality job.

mate with those 10.5 inch wide, do you get rubbing of any sort?? eg. around corners, over bumps..

mate i just went for the cheapo one around 60 bucks i think from supercheap.. dose the job perfect, and have money left in your pocket

hi mate i got a r33 gtst aswell, 2 weeks ago i bought a set of 20's.. 9.5 in the front and 10 inch wide in the rear. in my case a fair bit of work AND MONEY was needed to get them under the body. wat was needed was full custom inner wheels arches, wider quarters. the reason for this was it was ok with just rolled lips, but if i wanted to have 2 or more pple in the car, it just would rubb!! bad. but if you got say 9" wide or 8.5 u will be fine with lipped guard. hope that helps mate.
