I would take them to somewhere like Wheelworx or Boostworx and ask them. Yes I am pretty sure you could get them repaired. Maybe try Pedders or somewhere like that. They would have a press to pop the old bushes out and new ones in.

Car is excellent mechanically but paint is in average condition due to age of car. Really fun to drive and practical too.
