im 19 got an R34 GTT , mods like a motherf**ker and im only paying 2k

heyya pplz, i recently brought an R34 GTT skyline, i did the following mods to it Cooling Pro Front Mount Intercooler Drift Custom Pod Filter (underneath my front bar) after i got these mods my car sounded like it was lagging and fluttering. i was told i had to replace my spark plugs, i got ngk 7s put in, and that kinda fixxed my problem, how eva i was told fitting an exhaust would fix my flutter. im getting a 3'' Trust stainless steel catback exhaust put on tomarro and i have an Apexi AVC-R boost controller getting sent out to me when that comes in going to get it fitted, then driving down to adelaide to get a tune, i was told boost works is a good place to go for my tuning and boosting? Also what kinda boost is safe for the mods i made/making?
