Hi guys, is it ok for me to boost 1 bar on stock turbo? Or to be safe 0.8bar?

The car comes with a 3.5" Cat back system. I'm getting a 3" dump pipe, hi-flow cat and Apexi N1 exhaust(muffler only). Is this combo ok?
