Hey gtst i wasnt sayin you actually use more pipe but per 90 degree bend it equates too an extra 1 meter of straight pipe it would have too flow through if it was say just going in a straight line so in turn the 180deg bend coolers might use the same amount of pipe as the other way but it has too travel through an extra length of 2 meters of pipe. If that makes sence lol i confused myself

And 90degree bend works out too another meter worth of pipe it has too travel through, intake is same as exhaust the less bends the better.

Yeah in the right hand side how ya have too cut the hole through the inner guard for most kits too get the pipe back into the engine bay. Thats what i thought.

I was just on the way home from work in the vt and stopped too get fuel at the shell near boundry road a D car had some guy pulled up with the bonnet up. I asked what happened he said that the cop just reemed him stopped him for exhaust noise then went over it done him for POD filter, ehuast, screamer pipe and one i havent heard before where the cooler pipe returns through the inner guard did him for that hole. Not sure who he was he had a SAU sticker on the side of it was a tidy lookin white 4 door. This really sucks cause now i will have too be even more careful in mine Damn kill joys.

I have about 11psi cooler upgrade exhaust dump back and a power fc runnin base map and im makin 187kw @wheel that untuned soo i should be able too push 200kw @wheels once i get it tuned. That is pretty much the limit you will get from std turbo and std injectors, oh wait i think u can get a little more out of the injectors but you have too run them at a high duty cycle which will shorten there life span.

Hey mate best bet would be mercury motorsports in newmarket about 600 for a full tune i have seen nothing but good results from those guys.

Average price i have found is 600 for the tune asuming nothing goes wrong and i would say roughly an hours labor for the injectors so anywhere from 70-100 an hour depending on the workshop.
