Did you do most of the work here, or was it imported like this from Japan? Do you have receipts? Tomei Turbos have different models... just like HKS do... Do you know which Tomei Arms turbos?

What model turbos are they? Original crank and bottom end? How wide are the wheels? What boost does it run? Any Dyno sheets? Who come the rear ABS was removed? Do you still have it?

Blitz, just to clarify, I was never offering $35K for his car, I was stating it was $30K out of my price range (which is $35K). Hence I talked about winning big at the races to afford the differences. DirtGarage and I both live in Newcastle, and we have a common friend Glen Laws, I was the driver of his car in a Race Rally that just passed. It was actually another drag racing friend of mine - Shane 1JZ-747 that told me his car was for sale (He also runs 9s). Most know me in Newcastle, as I have been in the game longer than most. My post is not to offend anyone, it doesn't seem to offend DirtGarage, but offends you? Fair enough. I'm sorry. No more post from me until there is cash on the table. DG, I am looking at Glen's car by the way, but I have some others to look at in that price range first.....

lol.... we did take a trailer, and we needed it.... Raced GTR.27L in the Vic 2007 dutton, and broke a front hub, and went through a Jim Berry twin plate (that was already fairly used before the event)... Won an event though which was nice. Looking for a GTR to replace the Celica in the Dutton Rally. I saw this at Auto Saloon, and looked sweet.... just a little (cough cough 30K little) out of my price range... just hoping number 3 at Doonban comes in first place.... hey 100 to 1 shot, but you never know.... lol...

Nice Car.... Major Kudos... (deserves a bump) Looking for my next race car (as I have sold my twin turbo celica)..... nearly fits the bill, shame no brake upgrade though.... going around corners requires slowing down for them... lol.. Bit too much for me, as 10 sec GTRs can be had for $26K..... alot extra for 1 sec... but the hardest second is to get is the one in front of you... Good luck with the sale, I'll keep an eye out just in case you need cash tomorrow, and you need a fire sale to keep you warm...

The S15 has been the best. Only fitted the stereo, boost controller, and exhaust manifold (boost comes on much harder) since I bought it (on top of the mods your brother did). Car has not missed a beat. I sold my Celica Race car, and looking for a replacement, hence a GTR. As I have changed jobs, work is only 10km away, so having 2 cars (and a bike, which I am going to buy shortly) is a bit too much of a luxury...

What Cams are in this? Cam wheels as well? Also what is a "built gearbox"? OS Giken gear set?

Any gearbox work? GTR boxes tend to die with these sorts of mods... Also, what do you mean "strengthened block"? Is it an N1 block?

Year Model? Any suspension, gearbox or brake work done? What are the width of the 19s?

Yeah, not looking at one for $15K, looking for one more around the $20-$30K.... there are quite a few (heaps actually) in this price bracket with a shedload of mods... Been keeping an eye on a few, and none of them have sold yet... I like the look of this, but more mods for less money out there... This looks to be an outstanding, and one reason it will be on the list to look at..... but not at $30K...

By the way, you mentioned you converted it from a race car... what did that involve. Is it seam welded by any chance...

One of the biggest issues you have has been the exchange rate changes in the last few months (the $AUS is over Y100). R32s can now be bought for less than $15K landed and complied. There are also lots of ones available locally for $15-$16K. There are also a shed load of R32's and R33 GTR's for sale. R33 GTRs are being advertised under $25K and R34s are now less than $50K. I am talking from a genuine buyer point of view. I have cash sitting in the bank as I just sold my race car yesterday and looking to buy a GTR. I have been looking on carsales, drive, carpoint and here for a GTR to buy. I have probably looked at over 200 GTRs online. Most of them have been for sale for many months, and not moved. Really a buyers market at the moment. I am just starting the "go look at them" stage, but all the cars I will be looking at run 10 sec quarters, and all of the are under $30K. I wouldn't mind looking at this, but it will not be first on my list. Better deals out there. If you want it shifted, a price drop will certainly help IMHO... * Before I get the usual statements about modified cars and what do I know etc etc.... I spent over $60K on the car I just sold..... Sale price... $20K. 600hp, Brembo brakes, 9 inch, class winner, Front page of Zoom....

I'm in the market for a GTR, but given there is another white GTR in Newcastle for sale at the moment for $23K (that has had $14K on the engine), this must have some big dollar gear on it for an extra $9K. Any gearbox work? Head Work? Diffs or brakes? Maybe best you keep it... Paul does good work, good luck with the sale. BTW, no details of the Turbo setup?

Where did you get 2000 horsepower from?

Must have some mods to be 300kw atw.... Care to share some details?
