Or Mawson Lakes can provide platters free of charge.....no harm in putting the idea to them! I have organised all sorts of events in the past for work and gigs for bands so id love to contribute ideas. Hopefully I can make it down to Vilis.

Also, Is the Mawson Lakes Hotel equipt with a PA system for the auction? Will someone from SAU be the MC for the night? (to do auction, speaches, welcomes, thankyou's etc) If this is stuff thats being discussed at Villis then just tell me to shhhhh.
